I dealt with Alesha who managed all aspects of the sale, from making initial contact, proposal, sorting and cataloging, managing the distribution of the sold goods, and remitting payment of the sale proceeds. Throughout every phase of the project, Alesha was responsive as well as sensitive to the emotional impact this project had on my relative. Alesha and her husband went out of their way to get an excellent price to ship the estate pieces I purchased. I have been a frequent customer of estate 360. But I had not purchased from estate 360-Riverside. My expectations were greatly exceeded! Shipping is always tricky & expensive. Alesha and her husband took the time to get the best shipping price and packaged the contents so carefully! Great experience! I look forward to the next estate sale!!!

Got the job done, mostly. Lost the key to the house a few times, and when they did finally mail it to me, it"got lost" in the mail so we had to hire a locksmith to get in. Paid 700$ for a full house clean out only to find a few items left behind. Rugs, pots, a radio, nothing big. But it was not complete.
Josh was a very nice guy, kind in a difficult time. They got the job done.

I have been dealing with Joshua from Estate 360 and he has been simply outstanding to respond to my questions before the auction, and in assisting me after I successfully bid at the auction. I would give him 10 stars in customer service, communication, and prompt response. I have never been so pleased with a remote transaction like this. I would certainly do business with Joshua and Estate 360 again!

When you win a auction they immediately take payment. If you choose to ship the items you win be prepared to wait 1 or 2 months. If your picking up it's usually the next day. Shipping since they already have your payment is at there convenience and the fees are astronomical. Customer service has no meaning in this company.

I started 360estate sales about a year ago and quickly got addicted. The people who run these estate sales are very professional and very friendly. If you have a question, just give them a call and they are happy to help. I haven’t had a bad transaction yet and I will continue to shop. I highly recommend 360 Estate to anyone! I also want to say Alesha and her husband are amazing. I bought quite a few items and 1 item was pretty heavy and I needed shipping. It just happened that her husband was coming through my city for work and was willing to bring me my items. Saving me a lot of money I’m sure. Truely appreciate them.

This was my first online auction, and I found several frankly irreplaceable small samples of glassware. I had no idea how to safely retrieve them from out of state. It isn’t a matter of cost or insurance, they simply can’t be replaced. Alesha went well above and beyond to make sure that I could bid on the items with confidence. She secured my items and did everything necessary to make sure that they could be picked up safely for their journey out of state to my house. I could not be happier with the excellent customer service they provided.

We recently hired Josh and Alesha to do our downsizing sale and all I have to say is they are awesome!! They were professional, helpful, understanding and overall, a pleasure to work with. Having your items on auction can be very unnerving because the bids usually start low so when we became anxious about that, both of them were very reassuring and, they were right in the end! The most important items went for what we had hoped. In addition, when the pick up day was over, they left our home clean and organized. We would highly recommend Josh and Alesha!

I have not been paid for estate sale that closed 1/27/25. They sold almost everything, but I have not received my share of profits. Contract said payment would be within 30 days. It is now over 60 days. Alesha keeps saying she will make good, however still waiting. This is no way to run a business. Shame on them for taking advantage of grieving family and friends.

I wanted to minimize and downsize my collection of vehicles, weapons and stuff I never used or needed. Furniture that was outdated and needed to be removed. I am planning to have flooring installed in the house and wanted to make it easier for the installers.
ESTATE 360 was the perfect solution. Their crew came in the home photographed items I selected with a thoroughness I was impressed with. They put the items on their auction, 10 days later a group of individuals who bid on the items arrived at the pre scheduled time. All the items were removed with care not to damage door jambs, walls etc...The service was seamless, professional and very reasonable considering all the work involved.
Alesha and Josh were absolutely delightful to work with.
I recommend these guys hands down. I will not hesitate to use their services again.
Note: I also listed my 16 year old Nissan truck, it was sold at a price I couldn't be more happier with.

Josh, Alesha and their team were amazing to work with!! We had no idea how this process worked! They guided us through the everything, including making it so easy. Even the day of selling and people picking up their items was so organized, there were no complaints from neighbors or the HOA. Can’t say enough about how thoughtful, respectful and friendly their entire team was. They left everything clean and we were very happy with our experience. I had a really great experience with Estate 360. I met Alesha and her team. They made me feel welcomed and were eager to help. The staff is friendly and have great interpersonal skills.
Absolutely great customer service and their web site is easy to navigate through which is a plus in my book.
While I was picking up my stuff there was a moment where their professionalism was put to the test, and I have to admit, I was very impressed with how well they handled the situation.
I've been to a fair share of estate sales, and Estate 360 is by far one of my favorites because of how fair, organized, and thorough they are. I can guarantee you will be very well taken care of when working with them. 10/10 experience. I highly recommend them.

This is my 2nd experience with the estate 360 process.
First time was for my mom’s estate and this time was for our personal downsizing.
After 2 days of photographing and cataloging my items, the process has gone extremely well.
The efficiency of Brittany, Justin and Brandy is so admirable.
They are such hard workers always taking care while handling my collections and maintaining very friendly demeanors.

The 360 estate team was on time and extremely professional. I’m sure everybody would agree that moving is a traumatic experience. I would not order from this site again. I purchased a vintage item for under $10, but the seller claimed it was “lost” and the refund process took an unreasonably long time. The experience came across as unprofessional and left me feeling misled. Buyers should proceed with caution.

If I could give a zero star rating I would. Worst experience ever. My bad experience was with "Josh". He was highly unprofessional, he never even discussed prices with me when he came to view what I had for sale. I had alot of items that they were supposed to pick up. It took weeks just to get them to come get everything and when they do it's a civilian SUV. I had about 10 antique paintings with Gesso style frames which are notoriously fragile and can't be stacked or shoved in the backseat of a SUV. I also had about 25 large boxes, each one with something fragile in it. Some couldn't be stacked or the contents would break. Then when I read the contract, I realize that they're trying to charge me 60% of total sold plus various other shady fees and expenses and whatever else he wanted to tack on. The wording of the contract gave him free reign to charge me as much as possible and did nothing to protect my interests as a client. Once again, terrible place to hire, go somewhere else where your actually going to get your money and your items won't be destroyed in transit. Last thing, the two employees who came to pick everything up were very professional and knew what they were doing. They helped me unload once I realized the contract error, and didn't complain or say anything negative. They were on top of their game, it's too bad the rest of the people employed by Estate360 don't carry themselves the same.
