I’ve used eStream Repairs on two separate occasions and both times the work and customer service were top notch. The repair they did on my son’s Ebike was after two other repair shops were unable to fix the bike after having it for months. I took it to eStream and they found the problem within a couple of days and it was fixed by the end of the week. Where do I start with this man? First off this man fixed my bike in 3 days. Originally said it was going to take a week but had my bike done in 3 days. Fantastic! Best part is I wasn't sure what was wrong with my bike so I had brought what I thought was enough. He asked only for what we assumed was wrong and assured me that if he needed to make any other repairs than discussed he would reach out and we could go from there. He could have easily pocketed the money and just claimed he fixed it but he went above and beyond with integrity and pride. I will be going back for ANY repairs in the future (but hopefully not too soon) 🤘

I have a very old e-bike with a battery that was next to impossible to replace. I debated whether to scrap the bike until I spoke with Cameron at eStream Repairs and he gave me hope that they could send it out for a diagnostic check and refurbish it if necessary. They not only refurbished it but upgraded it so I have a new battery at half the cost of any of my previous options. Cameron even came to the house when I had an issue. He’s replaced my tires multiple times (I ride all over Ybor so flats were constant), and even upgraded me to solid rubber tires so I don’t have to worry anymore. He’s fixed my turn signals, realigned my scooter after I crashed it, and replaced my battery — every time it comes back riding like new. I don’t have a car, so I literally Uber package my scooter to him and he sends it back the same way. It makes my life SO much easier. Reliable, honest, and amazing at what he does.
