99 M3 looks like and drives like new after recent service. Explained all and provided written estimates. Final bill was lower than expected, a sensor did not need to be replaced . Super easy to deal with. Easy to obtain a loaner. Super polite and friendly. All the folks at EAG went out of their way to provide top notch service. And, no I am not related to the owner. Definitely a 10 out of 10.

The dealership has a back log of vehicles and could not get to mine in a timely manner so I brought my Audi in for a much needed brake job and check up of minor issues. The work was completed in a few hours, not days and very much to my satisfaction. EAG provided me with a high level of customer care and professionalism just as the dealership would have done. All of my issues were addressed along with photos and notes on any issues or non issues. Overall I am very satisfied with the work completed and would utilize this garage in the future for work not covered under dealer warranty.

Worthless! Unless they sell you the part from their source, they won't install any parts. Even parts that are still in the box from Turner Motorsports (ECS) or Bimmerworld or VAC!!! They said it's because of insurance reasons, but it's really because they likely want to get the parts at their wholesale cost and then charge you full price. Don't waste your time with these clowns. A guy with a Porsche came in, and they couldn't even locate a pair of ramps in their "shop" to get it off of the Rollback. I wonder if they do oil changes...

I have a 2012 Audi A5 that was experiencing mechanical problems. A friend recommended that I take it to European Auto garage. In September 2022 I decided to take my car to this shop. Once there it was diagnosed and determined that a new engine was needed. The whole process, from pulling the old engine out, to swapping the new in, took about 2 months, which seemed reasonable to me. I received my new car back on the 1st of November. Through it all, I received excellent communication and very professional treatment. Andrew Hilliard was my service advisor and I dealt with him more than anyone. I found him pleasant to talk with and very knowledgeable. The entire staff made this experience as painless as possible. It is now January 2023, and I am happy to say I haven't had any issues with the work done on my Audi. Extremely satisfied, and would highly recommend European Auto Garage! It is now September of 2023 and I wanted to let everyone know I have not had a single issue with my car since getting it repaired. The car was burning oil before and now there is no issue whatsoever. Car feels and runs like it's brand new.

Was recommended to this place by a few people and I see why. Very nice employees Josh was amazing at communicating everything that needed to be done on my car. The shop is super clean and they do great work. My car rides a lot better than it did before I brought it in. Thank EAG I am very happy with the results and will be coming back for all future work.

Complete nightmare!!!!! Brought in for timing chain repair and they messed it all up it has been back in the shop over 3 times for leaks all caused by them messing up the timing job. On top of that they charged over a thousand dollars in labor to repair a part that they broke worst experience I e ever had with a mechanic and customer service. After spending over $7000 on repairs we are afraid what is going to happen next whoever did the timing belt was a shotty mechanic at best and didn’t stand behind his work at all they lie cheat and steal they are untrustworthy and I would never ever use or recommend them maybe it’s the one mechanic idk but you should stand behind your work and starting with no leaks and ending up with multiple and charging to fix them that’s just pathetic please do not trust these people with your vehicle they will milk you for what you got. Update check engine light back on after 4 visits unbelievanble

My most recent experience was the second time I took my car in for service. The shop itself looked immaculate and since I made an appointment, I was helped right away. Both Colin and Jack were extremely courteous and an estimate was sent immediately through a text message with "accept" and "decline" options for all recommended services. Once accepted, I was given a ride home. The following day Colin called to tell me the car was ready for pickup (or to be picked up and taken to their shop). They actually reduced the cost based on less time spent, and even advised to wait on some future repairs, something that is rare in this business! I will definitely take my car back to this company, and recommend them highly!

UNPROFESSIONAL, INCONSISTENT, AND HOSTILE TO SCHEDULED CUSTOMERS I scheduled an appointment to have my daughter's vehicle serviced here and arrived early, only to be met with a bizarrely hostile and unprofessional atmosphere. We parked legally in a designated handicap space with a visible permit, yet an individual who appeared to be the owner/manager immediately came outside and stared us down as if our presence was an issue. Despite having a confirmed appointment, the service staff gave us a blatant run-around regarding a simple battery registration. The "reasoning" for refusing service shifted four times in one conversation: first, it was a "liability issue," then it "wouldn't do any good," then the technician "didn't feel right" doing it, and finally, he reverted back to the liability excuse. It was incredibly discouraging for my family. We were well-dressed, polite, and on time, yet we were treated with suspicion and denied service for no technical reason. This shop lacks transparency and professional integrity. If you expect a business to honor its appointments and treat customers—especially those with handicap permits—with basic respect, avoid European Auto Garage. They clearly pick and choose who they want to help based on arbitrary whims rather than professional standards.

They got me in quick, did a diagnostic for my light, gave the details of the light…after speaking with my father, called to ask them to check other possibilities, only to be told the guy has worked for bmw 20 years and if he thought that was the issue, he would’ve checked. Disregard to my concerns. Came to pick up the car, had to call after a left for what was said to be done but wasn’t, only to get excuses from another rep that was very rude! Would never go back or recommend!

I felt like we were judged before we even left our car. A taller gentleman was walking around my truck while we waited for our daughter driving her BMW to arrive. I watched him for a while walking around. When he vanished from my sight we went in for our 2pm battery registration appointment. A gentleman came over to my husband and daughter right away and immediately said they couldn't do the registration with her fan revving like it was. He hadn't even been out to see or hear the car. Only way he could have known was from the weird guy walking around when we arrived. They said they wouldn't do it due to liability then skirted around and said he would go ahead and do it. We explained registering the battery would fix the fan issue but he didn't care to listen. You would think he would know that considering he works on these vehicles. We were literally there just for the battery registration and wanted nothing else. The car acts out when the battery has not been registered or is low. We had spoken to them on the phone when making the appointment and everything was fine. In person they were dismissive and rude right away. We did not have anything done to our vehicle while there. I will not be taking any other business to them based just off their poor customer service skills. Perhaps get someone who can communicate with customers. Poor communication and switching back and forth on registering the battery was very unprofessional.

I’ve brought my BMW 330 ZHP into EAG a few times and the staff are always great. Collin & Rowan are easy to work with, honest and have helped me save money. My car always leaves the shop in better shape than when it came in and with a fresh wash. If there is ever an issue they have always taken care of me so I would highly recommend this shop!
