Euroteck has been our choice repair shop for our older model Mercedes for several years now. We have found them to be honest and up front about cost. We have found them to be competitive and reasonable in their pricing. And when our sweet old Mercedes was on her last leg, we have found them to be understanding and compassionate. We may not need them to service our own Mercedes anymore, but we will ALWAYS recommend them to our friends with foreign cars.

I been dealing with Eurotec for over almost 15 years with my foreign cars and cadillacs. Unfortunately with this new management they treated myself like we was back in 1800's. If u get what I mean. I remind myself to come in there with a positive and calm mindset everytime. I just left out of there from getting an oil change and headlight replacement. Now a year ago I got a coolant leak job done cost me over 2k. And when I picked my truck up from oil change I mentioned to Eli that I was been told to bring my car Audi A7 up there so it could looked at for the leak that was repaired effectively bcuz it never stopped leaking and now it's severely worst. And I was told by Jacob to get out because I'm a problem. And he won't look at my headlight assembly anymore because I'm having a quiet quick convo with Eli about. If I could get my could an invoice of the car leak so I can compare what my diagnostic test come back and just to know what was done. It's not my fault when I pick up my vehicles the battery is dead and I'm stranded 10 minutes from picking up my vehicle. Or the music no longer works and they keep it for a week and still don't figure it out. And I get ot back and Google to hold the power button and reset it to default settings. YEA VERY RACIST TREATMENT TO MYESLF. I'm happy everyone don't hasn't felt that disrespect. That new management is very rude. Never had that problem with Wayne. Me and my family been very loyal customers

Great repair. Took my wife's Jaguar F-Pace in because I found a pool of oil underneath it in our garage. Didn't know what to expect other than it was going to be expensive! The oil filter seal had apparently failed and caused the leak. Vehicle repaired & serviced and we picked up the vehicle the same day! Very pleased with the service we received from Eurotech!

It was my first time coming there my experience was I was told one price then I was another price lastly I was a third price. That’s not good business. They really didn’t want me to hang out with my car I later put 2 & 2 together so you can tell me my car was in the shop for several hours just sad. Long story short my car with in the repair shop at 8:20am the young man returned my car back at 9:17am for a license plate lamp bulb and you charge me $279.00 absolutely crazy.

We had the rear brake pads with sensors replaced on our Mercedes AMG. The service was completed in one day, and the personnel were very professional and knowledgeable, and checked over other concerns we had to make sure there were no issues. The 3 year/36,000 mile warranty on parts and labor Eurtotek provided shows they stand behind their work. I would definitely recommend Eurotek to anyone who needs repairs on a European car.

I recently had my vehicle serviced here, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The staff was professional, specifically Danielle, straightforward, and clearly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what was wrong, provided an honest estimate, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. The repairs were completed on time, the pricing was fair, and my vehicle now runs better than it has in a long while. I especially appreciated their attention to detail and the fact that they didn’t try to upsell unnecessary work—just honest, quality service. I took my Panamera in for an oil change in September and asked the service tech Eli to check a clicking sound on the driver side. I took a video of him explaining that it was a strut problem. I made an appointment online a few days later for October 1, 2025. That morning I dropped my car off to the service tech and left. I didn’t receive a call that day, nor 24 hours later. I called around 2pm on 2 October to inquire about my car and the female service tech informed me that she did not see my car in the system and Eli was currently not in the office. I received a text from a Danielle stating that she would “get me answers” about my car tomorrow. Imagine my surprise reading this text, because I booked the appointment online to fix a front strut issue. Again I called to say as much and again I was told someone would have to call me back because nothing was populating in the system. I received a call from Eli the next day apologizing for the mixup and he stated that my car “only needs nitrogen,” but they didn’t have it on the premises and I would have to take it to the Porsche dealership. A few minutes later someone called me saying he was the “the General Manger” and he restated everything Eli had just told me and again said I would not be charged for the diagnostic. I went there and grabbed my keys and was told the same thing again before walking out the door. I picked my car up later that evening after business hours. On 6 October, I had an appointment with the dealership under the premise that I only needed nitrogen. Again I was shocked to my core to learn that my car had $11,000 worth of damage to include a needed compressor. I told the dealership that Eurotek replaced my compressor last year and he asked was I sure because all the parts on my car were the original parts that were put on in Germany when my car was built. I called to see if they had anything in the system for that repair or my receipt for the $1700 I paid in March of 2024 and I was told again that the only thing that showed up were 4 oil changes, not even the recent strut issue I booked online populated. I asked Eli could someone have deleted my information but he said that was not possible. I’m not too sure but I believe I got my first oil change after the $1700 repair job, so how could the oil change populate and not the repair? Fast forward to today, I found the receipt and had my boyfriend call there to see if they could remedy the matter, because I had already dealt with their seemingly frustrations with me over the phone over a valid request for a copy of a receipt. He had to call back because he did not have the receipt. When he did call back the “General Manager” answered the phone and my boyfriend begins to explain that I paid $1700 to their repair shop and the Porsche dealership is saying that the compressor is the original compressor and the repair was never done. Instead of apologizing, he instead wants to know the date of receipt, so he can follow up with the same story of how “ownership of the business changed.” My boyfriend again asks what date did the ownership change and the general manager refuses to say. Then my boyfriend makes a statement about involving the police and the general manager states he’s going to get his lawyers and we hung up. I’ve never had any issues before with this company because they supposedly fixed my issue in 2024 and I been letting them do all of my oil changes since I bought the car last year. But to find out they only used dreams and rainbows to make it look like my car was repaired and the same issue of my car being at an extreme level is occurring the following year is very disheartening. As a retired, disabled veteran it is very frustrating to be dealing with dishonest people who will take advantage of innocent people just because they can. I am not looking for a come up off anyone’s suffering, but I do want back my $1700 for a repair that was never done on my car.

I would not recommend this location to anyone. I took my Jaguar E-Pace here in August 2025 to diagnose an AC issue. I was told the blower motor resistor was bad and trusted their diagnosis. The initial quote for the part was nearly three times the market rate. After I refused, they reduced the price slightly so I could put money down to order the part. The part was supposedly on backorder, and my vehicle ended up sitting at their shop for almost 4.5 months with no repairs completed. I eventually decided to retrieve my vehicle and seek a more suitable option. Getting my refund was another hassle, as they insisted it had to be returned to the original card one I didn’t even recognize causing further delays. Fast forward to today Jan 2026: I took my vehicle to an actual Jaguar dealership and paid for another diagnostic test, only to be told that the blower motor resistor was not an issue at all. The real problem was something far more severe. This shop’s misdiagnosis cost me additional money and left me without a fully repaired vehicle for over five months unnecessarily. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating and expensive experience due to poor diagnostics, excessive pricing, and long delays. *Please note the Owners lack of response on over pricing *

The staff was very friendly, Eli was very easy to communicate with. I took my Bmw X5 in for a on going oil leak diagnostic to compare prices vs going to the dealership. The communicate was great between myself and the staff. There were minute things that I noticed after getting my car back following the diagnostic, which swayed my decision to go with the BMW dealership on repairs. The dealership actually ended up being cheaper for me. They do price match and honor veterans, which was great and they also do their best to get you close to the price you would pay if you were to go to a dealership for service.

The customer service was amazing. As soon as I walked in the ladies in the office greeted me. I went in to get a diagnostic check to determine why my AC was only blowing in the rear vents and no air was coming through the front vents. I dropped my car off and they provided a Lyft for me. Eli called me about an hour later and let me know what the issue was and they had it fixed within a couple hours. I will continue to do business here.
