I made an honest mistake and called the wrong mechanic shop. The guy Jeff was very unprofessional and rude. I rarely give reviews but this shop deserves people who are more friendly. He said, “I have been here since 1994, you got the wrong shop dude.” Then hangs up is not okay. I don’t care how long you been there and I’m not your dude. I will never do business with you if you work there. I won’t tell my friends or family. Keep being rude and your business will suffer. Edit: They commented and said I yelled at them but never did. 😂 I calming explained that my car started running weird after getting it checked. Cars are funny and weird and I get that cars will run weird when not running right. Jeff put me on hold. I lost service and called back and he was very rude. So many excuses and not professional enough to take the blame for being rude.

I originally took my 94 accord in for an oil leak, and went back for my fuel pump and filter because of Levi. Great service, professional and super friendly. I made a third appointment with him for my spark plugs. Extremely good pricing and I won't take my car pretty much anywhere else. He is always very thorough and lets me know if he sees anything I may have missed.

We had car troubles during a roadtrip to Washington and were towed to Everett Auto Clinic. I have never seen such supportive staff. Everyone took the time to explain to us and show us the problem. They were available to help us find the ressources we needed to continue on our trip. We received more help and support than we ever thought we would have from the staff at Everett Auto Clinic. I highly recommend!

Very helpful staff. Called about a car they had inspected for a nearby dealership. The person who answered was kind, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and didn't try to rush me.

Called about a check engine light, had done an OBD reader and knew what the light was probably about. I specifically called this establishment because they are one of the mechanics that also services under my car's warranty program and over the phone made it VERY clear I wanted other things looked at, and the reason why I was coming here was because they also service under my warranty. Was told I would have to leave my car for about a week in order to do so. Was given a time to be there a few days later. Showed up as scheduled. When I got there I was told I'd have to pay a $195 diagnostic fee, and ALL they were going to fix was the reason I told them was wrong, via the OBD reader - to get me 'drivable' again. I went on to say that the only reason I was willing to wait and pay any extra fees was because they are under my warranty program and I needed other things looked at. I was quickly dismissed and told they don't have time for that. I ended up leaving without my repair, especially when I have to pay the diagnostic fee ON TOP OF ANY REPAIR, and they were only going to work on the issues that I had already CLEARLY DIAGNOSED. Anyways, went with Matt at Nix Auto Care and couldn't be happier. He asked that I make a list of what I want looked at and there was only a $100 diagnostic fee, but if I wanted to do any repairs with them that would be waived and I'd only have to pay for any repairs. These guys are shady and obviously time crunched. I ABSOLUTELY would've paid anything required to get my vehicle to what it needed to be, but they just didn't have the time or empathy for my situation. I highly suggest shopping around if your thinking about using this company. One of the worst in the greater Seattle area.

If your in need of a good quality shop with a knowledgeable staff. Look no further, Everett Auto Clinic is the place. Make the call, schedule an appointment, and bring the life back to your ride. Even though they were booked Jeff, Levi, and their staff were able to get me fixed up and back on the road again.

They have done work on my vehicle in the past. I recently brought it back here and they did a full tune up and replaced my oil pan gasket along with an oil change. My Ford no longer shakes when I drive it and its so quiet I don't have to blast the music to drown out the sounds 🤣. I live clear out in the Arlington area but will continue to use them. I used to work in the Auto Industry and their customer service is top notch. Their prices are all super reasonable.

Highly unimpressive to say the least, and is it any surprise? There's a reason why auto repair shops aren't exactly the most prestigious institutions in our society. To be sure, this shop buttresses the stereotype. I called to initiate the process of receiving an estimate for repair on a broken front axle, and I initially spoke with a young man who was very polite and attentive. He took down my information and said the owner, Jeff, had stepped out briefly but would be back any minute and would call me back within 15 minutes. After about an hour I had not received a call back yet (no problem—shops get busy; I understand), so I followed up by calling the shop back. Whereas earlier the young man had answered the phone professionally (stating the name of the business, etc.), this time Jeff himself answered with a simple "hello," followed by a long silence. I very plainly and uneventfully stated who I was and the reason for my call, but about 5 seconds into my sentence I was interrupted by Jeff announcing very loudly into the microphone that he doesn't give estimates over the phone and that I would need to bring the car in physically. This, of course, is entirely reasonable; I have no problem bringing the car in, and thank you for letting me know. But little did I know, the best part was yet to come. I wouldn't say that Jeff was screaming at me, but he was very clearly irritated that there was a customer—even a polite customer like me—on the phone at all, and he was being emphatic. Then, just as I was about to tell him thank you and I'll bring the car in, he hung up—just hung up the call entirely. So to be clear, I can't fairly comment on the quality of the repair service at this facility, since I was not and will never become a customer of theirs, but if you're looking to do business with an even reasonably well-adjusted human who treats you like an actual customer (in any way, really), then I would personally suggest you look elsewhere. As for Jeff? Well, I wish him the best. Sometimes in life, people like this need our sympathies more than anything else.

Superior quality of service. This is where you go when you need quality work done by VERY experienced auto mechanics. Paul B. I just needed work done on a different car and once again the results were the same as before...Excellent! If you have an unusual problem with your vehicle, it is my advice to go here before you have some other shop guess at the problem . Paul B.

I was driving home in rush-hour traffic and my vehicle started to shake. I pulled over and called Levi at Everett Auto Clinic. I told him what was going on and he advised me to have my vehicle towed to the shop. My road side assistance was not responding or dispatching a tow truck. I called Levi at Everett Auto Clinic back and he shared with me a number of a friend who owns a local tow company. I called Mike with Everett Towing. He was to my location in under 30 mins. It was the end of the day so I used the after hours drop box. The next afternoon they called me midday told me what they had found. I requested they proceed with the repair. They had it fixed by end of day which was awesome! The shop deserves six stars. They have saved me more than once. They’re honest, reasonably priced, and I trust them. Great customer service. Levi you went over and beyond! Thank you

Rude and disrespectful. Unless you book service. Won't give estimate of possible cost without tying you down to getting service done. Hung up on. Been in business 30 years is his selling point.

If it were possible to give a NEGATIVE (-5/5) star rating, that wouldn't even begin to repair my experience with this company, and namely the boss (it was likely this Jeff fellow, according to the other reviews, which I wish I would have read before even considering giving this inhumane person my business). They had a vehicle listed for sale, and I showed up at 8:40am, the start of their day, after just driving 2.5 hours from Canada to buy this vehicle. I walked into their office and mentioned that I was there to view and purchase said vehicle, to which he look up at me as he pulled his glasses down, and said "did you make an appointment"? I said no. I just drove down 2.5 hours from Canada to view and buy this vehicle. His response, verbatim was, "if you would properly read the Craigslist ad, you would know that you have to make an appointment, and I have no time for you right now. Call in and make an appointment, and I'm sorry you drove all the way down from Canada for this, but I won't help you right now". Needless to say, I was dumbfounded. This was an innocent oversight on my part about not calling for an appointment, but let's be real. It would have cost him 10 minutes of his precious time to accommodate a unique situation and innocent oversight of not calling beforehand. I've never, ever experienced such a massive lack of empathy or understanding in my life, and I honestly do not know, also based on the other reviews I have read, how this man can even stay in business, or how he can keep people employed that maintain allegiance to him. I will never even think about giving them my business ever again, and I urge anyone considering to give this man business, to reconsider and go elsewhere. He is not worthy of anyone's hard earned dollars! ADDENDUM - The fact that in their response to this Review, they have to put in a condescending remark by stating that this was my own self inflicted inconvenience, should show potential customers the exact lack of character this business embodies. I already confessed to the innocent mistake I made in not carefully reading the ad, but to send away a paying customer who just drove 2.5 hours to their business, without an ounce of empathy for the circumstance, is pathetic!

This is a two part review since I never got around to writing about the first time I worked with Everett Auto Clinic. On February 14th, 2019 I bought a 1988 Toyota Supra Turbo Targa with a manual 5-speed for about 4.5k. Which, even back then was a steal. I was a little sketched out and held off on leaving a review half expecting the car to break down. Jeff the owner disclosed (Before the sale) the car had leaking valve stems which I never got around to fixing but nonetheless I owned and drove that car daily for 3.5 years. Wish I never sold it. During ownership, the only breakdowns and necessary repairs included: A torn turbo outlet hose leak (Which only meant fuel cut during heavy boost), TPS wiring (Mind you every Supra has this issue), leaking valve covers, and replacing the spark plugs frequently due to oil leaks from the valve stems and valve cover. All of which were minor cheap repairs. The only major and final break down it had was a failing CPS due to old oil seepage from the valve covers. 10/10 despite being old it was a hell of a deal and a reliable sports car. I’d buy again from these guys if they had another one. Fast forward to today, I have a 1989 Honda Accord Hatchback that decided to die on the freeway. Right on the freeway ramp from Lake Stevens. Terrific place to be. Miles away from home and with no garage or space to work on anyway I decided to call AAA and have them tow it to the nearest shop. Everett Auto Clinic happened to be in the area so of course I went with them. Jeff and the gang were quick to diagnose at a reasonable price. Keep in mind, I’m more of a do-it-yourselfer just to save on money. In less than a day I got a call back explaining my issue was a stripped Timing Belt. Jeff explained the possible outcomes and prices if I went through with the repairs and there happened to be any underlying issues. As a woman, sometimes this can be a make or break moment as there has been instances in the past shops have tried to add parts/unrelated repairs in a shady way. These guys were very transparent and honest. They kept me updated and informed on related parts that would need replacing while everything was off (To save on labor down the road). As well as very efficient and timely in the repair. I’m happy to say my Honda is back on the road and running great. For a great price too. You guys may have to deal with the heater core on my truck next lol. Thank you for all you guys have done!

Usually, I would go through these guys. They have really great prices and are really kind. I had to yell at my kid for one moment and got hung up on this last time. After trying to call back multiple times, they answered and told me that I was yelling at them and that they would not be able to help me. Pretty Unprofessional in my opinion. Maybe I should make appointments without my child running around, but I had to correct her behavior while I was on the phone. This is pretty frustrating. Like I said, they are an honest company great people, but I was just trying to get something fixed quickly. He was probably just having a bad day.

New to the area and was looking for a reliable, honest mechanic. Consulted AAA and was recommended to Everett Auto Clinic. They were FANTASTIC! Walked me they every aspect of what needed to be done to my "hot rod"....and it was numerous things! Gave me accurate and honest prices and took care of my "baby" like it was their own. Thank you Jeff and Levi for making my repairs as quick and painless as possible!

I recently brought my 2016 Yukon XL to Everett Auto and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Jeff, the owner, took my initial call and got me in right away. He walked me through an overview of my vehicle, recommended some service items, and clearly set expectations — then exceeded every one of them. The pricing was more than fair, the communication from start to finish was excellent, and my Yukon has never run better. Highly recommend!

Jeff and his staff have been taking care of my Nissan Altima for a little over a year now, and I don’t trust anyone else to do maintenance. Jeff is patient and clear in explaining necessary repairs, doesn’t BS me with up charges, and has given me a heads up about possible future repairs. For example, I had a lower control arm go out on one side of my vehicle early last year, and he warned me he could see rusting on the other side and that it may or may not go out in the future (I come from the Midwest where the road salt can cause rusting). I was able to save money, knowing that it may need future replacing instead of being shocked with a repair bill when it did (almost a year later) break. When I first started going to the shop, I called others to compare pricing and always found Jeff had the best prices, usually by a few hundred dollars. Just this week, my fuel pump went out and I explained my situation, and Jeff and his team made sure to prioritize getting my car repaired quickly. I greatly appreciate them.
