There is a long wait to get repairs done at this shop, and repairs are very expensive. You must be specific about what you want on the phone, for instance: you cannot ask for just a "tune-up" and expect them to do all of the necessary checks that one thinks when asking for a "tune-up." You must ask them to check and change spark plugs, check coils, etc. Once your vehicle is in the shop they are very informative about what needs to be done, and they will call you for specificity, pricing, timing, and are available for you to ask any questions. The parking lot is tiny, but there is street parking around the shop that you can take advantage of.
