I’m a nursing college student and currently struggling with my finances, i drive an older car and ran into a minor problem in regards to my muffler. I needed to replace the part but that would’ve costed me too much. Julian and a woman mechanic as-well as an older man all pitched in to help me fix my muffler knowing the struggle i had. Came yesterday after my rear wheel well splash shield liner was loose and torn and J told me to come back today if I had time. I did not want to replace it yet but he added some screws to get it back to place. Didn’t take long and were really sweet and good people :)

I just did a repair from this place . Service was terrible . I dropped my car there yesterday to get a pump replaced . I was supposed to get it yesterday . They called me in , when I got there this morning the car was NOT ready. They took 5 hours to do the work , no calls to let me know if it was done . When I pulled the mechanic just PULLED UP 5 minutes later from going to get lunch for himself IN MY CAR . Which is Illegal . Just terrible service . They are never getting my money again . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE .

Update: the brakes they use are subpar- I just had to get them replaced at another place after they replaced them under warranty and the originals were only done 9 months ago. Use at your own risk, but I’m paying 700 on top of 350 from here. Great experience and quick service! Will return for more auto repairs.

If I could leave no stars, I would! Came here for routine oil change, and it turned into The… You bring your car in for an oil change and they tell you a bunch of other things are wrong? Yeah. Except, they lied. Come to find out, this "head gasket oil leak" that was going to cost "$1900" to repair never existed. I knew something seemed funny when they gathered every damn body in that building just to show me some oil on a pan. Trying so hard to convince me. I got a second opinion because I'm not nearly as stupid as I look, and after they cleaned off the dirty old oil that was INTENTIONALLY SPILLED all over my engine, they did a thorough check and found no leaks whatsoever. Thank God there are still some honest people out here. Mechanics see a young, pretty girl with a Mercedes and think she's stupid and rich. I am neither babes. God don't play about me, that's why he kept me, he always does. And he will get you for trying me, he always does. Remember, y'all have mothers and sisters and daughters too. And when somebody does them wrong, you'll have no one to blame but yourselves.

AVOID THIS SHOP; DON’T LEAVE PERSONAL ITEMS IN YOUR CAR (electronics, valuable products) AND WATCH OVER ANY WORK COMPLETED. If I could leave 0 stars I would; IM VERY DISAPPOINTED; I NEVER SHOULD’VE TRUSTED THESE People!! Don’t leave your vehicles alone, they may create issues or steal parts. When I showed up I heard a slight noise in the hood of my car; they said I have a coolant leak and may need a muffler soon, but not immediately. Now, all of a sudden, my car sounds like it’s giving up!! They refused to fix my car over missing items in my vehicle; involving feelings with emotions does not uphold ethical business practices. These people are NOT BBB Accredited “ A BBB accreditation means your business meets its standards for honesty, transparency, and ethical business practices”. After offering me a refund, Julius decided it was best I bring my car in at 8am 11/06/25. Frustrated with the results of the work completed and my missing items, Julius mechanics again refused to work on my car, asking for the new coolant tank back for a refund, knowing it did not need replacement, and threw my old coolant tank away. My car has a pressure issue and a possible leak, effecting my engine; my vehicle sounds worse because the mechanics did not take a thorough look when diagnosing my vehicle smh. I hope the owner can help me, Julius is only the manager. After receiving full diagnosis, my car need a new catalytic converter and a new turbocharge.
