I would recommend anyone to do business with this company. First off Mike at Exclusive Motors is heaven sent. My mom found Mike after we were given a run for our money at another mechanic shop! When Mike got the car it had been nearly a year since the previous mechanic shop had it. Purchasing a car thousands of miles away from home was nerve racking because of trust. Finding someone like Mike, who is trustworthy and knowledgeable laid all of our worries to rest. We found Mike because according to the previous mechanics the only thing missing was a pin for the airbag. My mom started looking for a company that specialized in airbags. She got in touch with Mike from Exclusive Motors,who since then has been God sent. Mike told us all that the car needed and it was not just a pin for my airbag as we were previously told.Him and the rest of his team did a wonderful job getting my car to the best possible condition. Often times Mechanic shops lack customer service. It was refreshing to meet a mechanic like Mike. He was so professional, communicative, and honest. Mechanics should be more like him. 10/10 would recommend Mike to any family, friends, or strangers. Like many others who have commented, Mike is the best mechanic I've ever met. I was referred to Mike by a friend of mine. I had an old truck, on which the brake lines snapped. After calling Mike and explaining the situation, he gave me a fair, rough estimate, and asked if I could get the truck brought over so he could take a look at it. Well, after looking at it, he informed me that the truck was a lot more beat up and broken than I had originally thought or knew. We decided it would be best not to get the break lines fixed, considering how many other things could seemingly go wrong with the vehicle. Then, to my surprise, he didn't even charge me for his time for looking at it! What a guy. Professional, informed, and above all, honest. He has a customer for life in me.

I brought the car after having a transmission replaced and immediate noise right after lasting months going to 3 mechanics one of which charged me $128 claiming the transmission needed to be taken out by where I got it done. Mike did a more thorough diagnostic taking out the rubber splashguard finding out the exact source of the noise without charging me for his time. He found out the transmission did not need to be taken out to repair this which resulted in the transmission replacer agreeing to fix the problem despite it being out of a 30 day warranty. Mike cares about his customers and shows it through his action and careful time put in and really check. He will go above and beyond your expectations and is honest.

Stop looking!!!! You have found the mechanic to do the job. I don’t know if I could say enough about Mike and his crew…….So I decided to go boating in my minivan. Not the smartest move. I’ve made. Completely shot the motor. Not only did Mike replace it. But it drives better than it did when I first bought it and it only had 36,000 miles. The one thing that made me go with him it was everyone reviews left for is honest. And you get that feeling the first time you speak to him. He helped me out with all the insurance information. He also did it cheaper the some other places I called. This is the place and the people to do business with.

I had gone to large dealership mechanics in the past and I was never sure who was working on my car and felt unnecessary procedures were being added. Maybe it was just because there wasn’t great communication. Regardless, I had zero of these experiences while working with Mike and his team. From the beginning, they were straightforward, knowledgeable, and had open lines of communication. On top of this, my job was completed efficiently and I was able to get my vehicle back on the same day. Things like offering to ride in the vehicle together to troubleshoot and sending a photo of a side issue with things to look out for and recommended timelines for correction were so appreciated. 10/10 would recommend. I am more than satisfied with my experience with Mike at Exclusive Motors after needing to have the engine mounts replaced on my Honda Accord. My wife & I shopped around the area and encountered places that were not willing to take the time to check out the car, while others were misdiagnosing and adding to the problem, elevating the work and cost overall. Mike assured me that replacing the mounts alone would more than likely resolve all the symptoms and sure enough my car feels absolutely amazing with the work he & the team did. Mike and his team are great. Honest and fairly prices. Professional mechanics. I bought a Jeep Cherokee from them and it is in good condition.
