Brought my car there for a deer hitting it and it stopped running. They quoted around 3k for damages. Turned out all that needed to be fixed was the radiator support so the hood could latch and the valve cover gaskets. Drove the car home and it died in the drive way from the issue that it had while sitting in their lot for 6 months.

I would give more stars if Google allowed! Excellent customer service. Communication arrived via text alerts as well as phone calls through the duration of the time my car was in service. Repair to my vehicle was completed in a timely manner and consideration to my personal situation was acknowledged. What can I say about R-Tech? Pure garbage!!!!!! I had my car serviced a year ago for a rear end after I got hit and real techs found that R-Tech did NOT re-hook up valve actuators on my exhaust system! They missed 5 promise dates and had my car for 2.5 months and STILL didn’t do the job correct! I only found that they did not re-hook up this system when the actuator fell from it’s clever hiding spot where R-Tech stashed them and drug on the ground as I was driving. One phrase accurately describes R-Tech……. Shady Tree Mechanics! I will be spending the rest of my days detouring ppl from R-Tech! DON’T ever bring your vehicle there! I have attached my proof.
