Best dealership ive been too ! Its not often you go in for service and they actually tell you that you dont need a certain thing done and can wait till next oil change. 99.9% of dealerships wouldnt do that and just would just take the money. I went for an oil change and it was fast and done within the hour. The dealership inside is absolutely wonderful, and everyone was so nice ! Will defintely be going here from now on.

I have come to this location for a few years now for car services never had any issues at all until this November. I brought my car because it was turning off on me. Marlena Anzalone told me it was my alternator. They put a new one in, charge me $2,235.60. Two days later my car was doing the same thing again turning off. I call and spoke with Marlena told her what was going on and that I didn’t have any more money to give that the issue on my was wasn’t resolved and her answer to me was bring it in but we still have to get paid. I couldn’t believe it they didn’t fix my car issue and still wanted to charge me.

I went here because I lost the Key to my car but they wouldn't help me because I couldn't show them my registration because it was locked in the car. when i told them that they pretty much said not my problem. I tried to Secluded a appointment and they kept giving me the run around so i went to a different dealership. Got me in that same day hassle free

I leased my Volkswagen here and the entire experience has been full of mistakes and poor communication. My salesperson, Jeremy, was brand new and clearly poorly trained. I was never instructed to remove the plates from my trade-in, something that any competent dealership should have explained. Because of this oversight, the plates were stolen off my trade-in and used for toll violations, resulting in nearly $400 in fines that I had to resolve myself. I was also incorrectly told that my lease included only one free 10k-mile service, when it actually covered the 10k, 20k, and 30k services. Around 20k miles, I brought my car in because another shop mentioned a coolant issue. VW briefly popped the hood, said everything looked fine, and sent me on my way without mentioning that I was eligible for my free 20k service at that time. I scheduled a 30k oil change thinking I had to pay for it, only to be told it was actually covered but that my brakes now needed replacement. I was then informed that if I had received the 20k service (which no one ever told me about), the brakes would have been fully covered. Instead, I paid $760 out of pocket. When I asked about service reminders, I was told VW doesn’t send them and that I “should have been informed at the start of the lease.” My experience leasing through executive VW has made it clear that both the sales and service departments at this dealership lack basic competence and communication with customers. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

If this was purely based on my experience ce with sales and parts (bought a charger converter), this rating would be 5*. However, the service department is drastically lacking. I love executive auto group. I’ve bought all my vehicles as an adult from them (executive Honda being the best). I’ve always had great experiences and help in service. Until now. I bought a certified preowned id4 on 11.10. Which means it should have no issues. However, it does. This latest one (I’ve had to bring it in two other times already. And got a loaner car WITHOUT ISSUE) the second time because they were going to have the car for 2 days. I called to see if I could have a loaner for my appt tomorrow bc I didn’t have anyone to pick me up. And I’m told “there’s a months long waiting list for a loaner”. Which seems odd, since I literally just got the loaner 2 weeks ago without hesitation. So my options are: just drive my CPO car with location issues (which causes charging issues and eversource rebate issues. And driving direction issues) hoping for the best, bring it there and walk my daughter to school from Seymour to north haven, or spend money on uber and Lyft. All while still paying my monthly payment and insurance. Makes sense…. The service manager is also NEVER available. At executive Honda, Joe (service manager) is always available via phone or in person. And is truly a joy to work with. That’s not the experience with this service manager. I guess I’m expecting too much for my CERTIFIED pre owned vehicle to work properly, and if it doesn’t, to have it repaired in a timely manner. Look elsewhere if you’re going to be depending on the service department to help if any issues arise. Bc it’s not coming.

I have no comment with the staff who did the repair, the person who supposed to inform me as a.customer, about the loan car if my vehicle stays in the repair shop for more than a week, he doe not know how to provide proper service and proper communication. I f I did not call the Volks company , I will never know about it, then when I called about the loan car , his reply is "i cannot give you what I do not have", It is a first come first serve basis", if he had informed me the day my car is parked in the service, and booked me for the loan car, I should have not spent money for the uber and have not suffered my daughter walking to schoil and have not made grocery a burden, I just felt I am discriminated for not being white or not american. Simeone left me a.voice message and promised that I can have a loan car I was waiting but nobody contacted me again till I picked up my car, just disappointed, Hope your personnel undergoes a proper training handling customer and not look at the appearance of an indivudual, well there is another yellow warning that comes.and goes , i will bring it again to the service, and kindly if the car is defective , i beed your reccomendation to volks comapny to change the unit, THANK YOU

I brought my vehicle in due to ongoing infotainment issues with volume and connectivity. Although they claimed to have troubleshot the problem, nothing was actually addressed or resolved. No updates or meaningful diagnostics were performed. I was simply told to purchase an official Apple cable, which “might” fix the issue. It did not help and actually made the problem worse. The woman I worked with was also somewhat rude and appeared more focused on getting me out the door without a solution than on genuinely trying to resolve the issue.

I love the video review of the inspection of the repairs needed to be done to your vehicle. The cost was cringey for the repair but I was given whatever discounts that was available to me. I could feel the difference in the performance of my vehicle after the recommended repairs were made.

It was my first time using the service department of Executive Volkswagon of North Haven sincei just moved to Connecticut and they were amazing, very professional and pleasant to work with. They took my car in at my appointment time which was great because other Volkswagen dealerships love to run not on time, extremely late with your appointments. They called me when they found an issue to inform me what it was and make sure it was OK that they fixed it. It was covered under the warranty, which was wonderful to hear and they got the work done in a timely manner. Nothing but a Terrific experience at Executive with the service department and I will definitely be coming back When I need service checks done again or have any issues. This was my first experience with Executive Volkswagen’s Service dept and I was very pleased. Marlena, my Service Advisor, was so friendly and helpful. She explained exactly what was needed re: maintenance based on the mileage of my car. I was able to schedule my service appointment online for the following day, which was so convenient! The work was done in the time allotment it was promised and I was able to wait for it to be completed which was very helpful. Thank you, Marlena!
