It is SO 'Strees-Free' to call, talk to someone, and be able to bring my Acura TL when suddenly you start hearing an unusual 'squealing sound,' and have the car doctor (Dave) diagnose the issue as soon as he hops on the car. I was even offered a car as I left it overnight (it was late when I came) but did not need one - so Aaron ordered me a Lyft ride! We've been super pleased with the transition with Stress-Free, love the details, transparency, affordability (included $75 discount offer on brakes I was unaware off), text updates. I love they've retained top mechanics that have been working on our cars for the last 20+ years. Thank you Dave, Aaron, Troy, Brad and team!

Brad, Aaron, and the team were AWESOME. I was treated like I was VIP and it was only my first time. Typically, you don’t get that kind of treatment unless you’ve already spent a lot of money. But that’s not the case with them. I was offered drinks/snacks, free WiFi so I can work while they worked on my car. And I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to afford the repairs but they introduced me to the SNAP program which really saved the day for me. I’m definitely going back to these guys for all my car needs.

The work they did seemed to be fine I got my front break pads and rotors done and they charged me over 800 bucks! I’ve had the same work done for half that price. So again the work was fine but they charge way to much I won’t be going back

I've gone back for a few repairs on items that I had to wait on and am really happy that I did. They honored the pricing I was quoted and listened to my concerns. Everyone is friendly and super helpful. I needed 90K mile maintenance on my vehicle. Money is an issue and having lost trust with my usual dealership, I looked for a repair shop close to home and Stress-free came up with great reviews. I liked the idea of transparent pricing. They provide diagnostic paperwork/ link which lists repairs recommended and whether they are based on the age of the vehicle and for those based upon inspection you might get a picture or description of the problem. The service advisor and technician were both helpful and listened to my concerns. I would recommend them to my friends.

I needed my front brakes and rotors replaced as it was metal on metal. I called around to multiple places and received quotes from 4 different shops within my area and Mike was able to ensure a price match and to get my car in the next day. Once I pulled up, Mike met me in the parking lot with a smile and walked me in the waiting area to explain the process. David worked on my car and I was in and out in less than 2 hours. Although they offered a LYFT credit, I ended up waiting in their lounge which complimentary drinks, snacks, wifi, and chargers. Mike made the time go by quick with his conversation and willingness to ensure I was comfortable. My car is now fixed and feels like new again. I highly recommend this shop and will be going back for any future car repair needs.

I was looking for a place to complete a quick oil change... And just an oil change - no upselling other services or any funky business. I found Stress- Free Auto Care. With the name itself, I had to try it out. They conduct a full detailed multi-point digital inspection of your car which will tells you what they suggest you get repaired. They give you their price point and you can choose if you want it done or not. The oil change was fairly priced and service was completed in under an hour - truly a stress free experience. Brad in the front office was nice. He set me up with my invoice, played smooth jazz in the lobby, and ensured that I was comfortable while I waited.

Very satisfied with my experience! Their prices are fair and David is so kind and personable. Everyone was professional and communicative. They text you updates as they are starting services etc. and there’s also a 24hr video camera where you can see your car being serviced! I was a little hesitant to use this corporate auto shop as I prefer the mom & pop auto shops. However, I gave it a try and found a thorough, professional and quick service! I was provided a diagnostics report straight to my phone with attached pictures which made me feel confident about the repairs I was paying for. They also had a loaner vehicle I was able to use while they fixed my car which I got back about 5 hours later. Lastly, they have a live camera where you can see them working on your car. This place really is a stress free auto shop !

Stress-Free Auto Care was recommended to me by a local friend who used their services when the business was named Allied Gardens. I received great services from that location until I sold my car for various reasons. After over a year without a vehicle, I went on the hunt for a used one, and I was incredibly grateful to have been helped by Brad at the La Mesa location for pre-purchase inspections. He explained every issue in detail, with pictures, and also offered excellent advice for my car search, as I was a first-time buyer and doing the whole thing alone as a single woman. And I had the option to watch the work in progress on their shop Cam as well. I'm so impressed with this facility.They are now my go to repair place. And I will continue to use them. I had a great experience at Stress-Free Auto Care. I called to make an appointment, and the gentleman on the line was courteous and informative of the services they offered. Once I got to the shop, everyone was to the point and got my car in quick. Their waiting area was small but quite comfortable with complimentary snacks and coffee. Once the vehicle was diagnosed (failed PSCM requiring new rack and pinion due to Ford integrating the two pieces), they provided a repair timeline, cost estimate, and walked me through how they got to the diagnosis. They got parts the next day, and I was able to watch their technicians work on my car from their installed ring camera. I was lucky in that my car was right next to it, so I got to see their whole procedure. Throughout, they texted me with updates, ensuring I knew what was going on with my vehicle, even though I could see it happening in real time. When I came to the shop to pick up the vehicle, I got to talk to the technicians who were very friendly and personable about what the repair had entailed, how they did it, and the replacement parts they had used. My only feedback to improve would be to put the parts that were replaced on the receipt in detail including part number, brand, location on vehicle, etc. I would bring my vehicle back to this shop for any future repairs.

My technician was Dave and Service Advisor was Aaron. What an amazing duo. Aaron did a fantastic job at communicating during the entire process. Aaron went out of his way to work with my schedule and explain the costs of the repairs. Dave was absolutely incredible. He made the experience feel like he’s been my mechanic for years. Overall had an excellent experience and was surprised by the reasonable expense in comparison with a few other places. They allowed me to bring my own parts making the repairs more affordable as well. They also let you live view the service bay so you can see your car in the shop, and give you an uber home if you don’t have transportation at the time. They kept me updated and gave valid information about my car with a pretty thorough inspection list. Again, overall I can’t complain. Happy to have my Miata fixed so I can regularly drive it now
