The Mexican guy Alex who did my job and was the only person I saw working at the place took more than 2 weeks to work on my car. After he promised me the job would just take 3 days. Still the job is not finished and he wanted more money. I took the car back and forth to him at least 4 times. I needed the car for work so basically I was bending my schedule backwards for a job he refused to do. He always had an excuse why he could not finish the job. The main excuse was he had too many other jobs that had to be done. He fixed other cars but mine. Now I have to find another body shop to get the remaining work finished. Bad service!

Mike assured me he would repair my Lexus, including the suspension damage for the quoted estimate. But he returned the car to me with a defective headlight, bent suspension, car pulling to the right, park distance sensors not painted. When I complained, he just said my car was old anyway and needed struts and that I should keep driving the car as is and pulling to the right, unsafe. I ended up dumping the car and buying another one. The thousands I paid to Express Auto was a complete waste, money down the drain. If you care about your car, do not take it to Express Auto. This place is a scam. I should sue this company and the guy who owns it.

This is an excellent body shop!! I asked the guy Jose how long it would take to fix up my car. He did it in less time than he said he would! His prices are very good also! I highly recommend this body shop to anyone that needs work done on their car. It will not disappoint!

Terrible job, car is scratched, color is completely different, bumper is not aligned, they just glued it to body, i paid more to fix the damage, anybody will do a better job

The absolute worst body shop shop to remain open. Can not match color or even read a paint code. Painted my father's van 5 shades darker. sanding marks all over, obvious body filler bumps. Delivers the car un washed and wax haze everywhere. Extremely embarrassing and disrespectful work. The car came back worse than it was brought there. Not sure how this place stays open.
