I had an unfortunate miss-hap with my 1957 Thunderbird which resulted in a door being bent forward into the fender. During the more than 50 years that I have owned the Thunderbird, I have been very particular about any service on it. Since the car was drivable I took it to about a dozen repair shops in Santa Barbara/Goleta. I was not comfortable with any of the visited shops; most appeared to be an assembly line operation in which the folks that actually do the work are invisible to the customer. My experience at Exquisite Auto Body & Detail with the owner was what I was looking for: direct interaction with the person that would be doing the repair. Mike carefully examined the damage and gave a significantly better assessment of the situation than any of the other shops. I trusted him to do the repair. My trust was not misplaced; he did an excellent job. I can offer the following comments about Exquisite Body & Detail: 1) Very competent. Mike has been in the body repair business for many years and knew exactly what needed to be done and how to do it. 2) Honest. I found him to be very straightforward and open to discuss the alternative repair approaches. 3) Willing to support me with portions of the repair that I wanted to do myself such as painting. 4) Fair and reasonable cost. 5) Friendly and courteous interaction. I give Mike my highest recommendation.

Exquisite Auto Body performs excellent work. They are professional, time efficient and work magic on cars. I have taken my vehicles to Exquisite for years and I have never been let down by this son and father duo. Their prices are very reasonable and competitive. We're here from out of state on vacation. We managed to swipe our car our first day here. Did not know where to go to get it repaired but found this place had 5 star reviews on yelp and decided to try it. We're so glad we did! The owner, Mike Corral, did a great job and what a nice guy. He took excellent care of us and charged us a fair rate for his work. Apparently, he's had his business for 23 years (has done the work much longer) and has his two sons working alongside him. We are planning on relocating to Santa Barbara and will absolutely go to Mike again. Thank you so much Mike, we truly appreciated your service and your kind smile. Hope to meet you again!

Mike is excellent at what he does. He's a master at getting dents out and for a fair price. I recently dented the front end of my lexus bumper and he was able to get it done the same day. Looks good as new. If I had gone to the dealer they would have marked it up 500%. If you need any work done he's your guy, he on the east side.
