The employees tend to be nice in parallel to a host of other issues I’ve noticed at the facility.
Storage facilities have gotten way to expensive! The prices fluctuates day by day or week by week. How ever they do it the longer you’re there, the more you’ll pay. I remember a time, when being a loyal customer meant something. Now a days, a loyal customer means, take full advantage of them.
Here are the issues I experienced at said location.
1) The light in my unit did not work. I had to make sure I brought a flashlight with me every time I went to my unit. I changed units a few times and this was the second one with no light.
2) rodents got into my unit! Not sure how big of a problem this is there but I was definitely not happy about it.
3) they advertise temperature controlled units and you pay for that. I don’t know how true or effective is this temperature controlled system. When you come to your unit and find mold growing on your furniture etc.
things that make you go hmmm.

I came in 30min before closing and the Assistant Manager Bobby Chin was still very happy to take his time giving me information and his best advice about space, cost, and time. I was even able to tour the options within our limited time. The high level genuine customer service made me feel at ease despite the stress of moving and storing our Grandmothers special items (She recently passed away). What is great about the facility is that even though the office closed at 6pm I was able to move our items in this same evening!

Matt is made for customer service. An expert at everything Extra Space storage- and knowledgeable about comparisons in the area- after what I have witnessed within my own experiences in other facilities- I know my stuff is safe and secure here. I came from another facility when I arrived and the other company allowed rodents- infestations to occur- and they didn't lift a finger to resolve the situation. I was lucky that everything I had in their facility wasn't destroyed. I had to throw out lots of things I had for years because of the damage at the other facility- so when I walked in the door I was skeptical about everything I have to say this place is immaculate both my storage units were so clean I could have slept on the floor I'm so glad I came here and I'm grateful for Matt
