Everyone at this store are always so friendly and know what customer service is all about. I have an exxon card so I always go there. And to this day, almost a year, I have yet to have a bad experience,,, except for not winning the lottery! Thank you Exxon!

Highly congested area for traffic . difficult to get into and impossible to get out of with the congested traffic pattern. Use to have the best grab and go food but least three times I dropped in for gasoline and a snack the food was old burned and nasty and when I mentioned it as told well then don't buy it... Very rude lady tat the food table. The store was packed with people and the floor was wet and very slippery. With my mobility issue it was dangerous. For me and I ended up standing in line to pay For gasoline for 20 minutes. Cashier was busy chatting with friend and while ringing up customers and gnoring them and you could see everyone was anoyed at her attitude.

These people are amazing,I was able to get get food,water,drinks,gas threw the power being out ,they were one of the very very few open.staff was going above and beyond their duty to help people like me out here .I'm greatful for the amount of caring service it wasn't about making money it was about helping the community

Stripes always seems to have what you need when you don't realize you need it. The deals and counter candies are stellar... the Laredo tacos aren't so bad either. This is definitely a convenience store.

They never maintain the receipt paper at the pumps. Almost always have to go inside and wait in line for a receipt after filling up and purchasing a car wash. Talked to manager previously and he made an excuse about humidity. No other stations I go to in CC have that problem. Hmmm. This has been my go to station for personal and work truck. Today is the last day. Tried to be nice with them but got nowhere. They don't care about maintaining this part of their pumps. Shame because I like the car wash here. Not worth the repeated frustration of going inside to wait for a receipt.

This is my stripes!😀Always convenient,always friendly! Except for the ONE time I forgot my face mask! I completely forgot and the cashier freaked me out by her extreme emphasis on how I needed to leave because I didn't have on my face mask! Lol! That was classic! She was very professional about it and was by no means rude. I love this stripes and all the employees are awesome!

While out shopping, I stopped in for gas and drinks. We'll, while there, after visiting the Ladies Room, I noticed an obvious leak within the Disabled stall and I notified the Staff member, who was very polite, let me know that a "work order" was in place, however....it should be repaired. The Laredo Taco was so disappointing in view...the items appeared old, the Salsa bar..O Yuck 🤢! And the hot dog area was greasy. Overall, the best part of stopping here was gas and the delightful staff. But, seriously, this store could use a deep cleaning up

Gas pumps will not work properly if busy. Been out here already 20 minutes and pumped 4 dollars of gas. Ask the attendant and she said cause they busy is why. But was never told before I charged gas with my card. I know they won’t give me cash to go some where else, so I stuck here trying to pump $80 worth of gas. By the looks I am wasting about a hour and a half of my time.
