If i could give a negative star I would but I cannot so a 1 will have to due. Frank is extreamly unprofessional, he does not answer his phone after several appointments have been set, and fails to keep to commitments made regarding service. I suggest looking into other mechanics around town such as Buddy’s auto services who will not only give you timely service but who will stay committed to the jobs they have secured.

***update (Dec. 20th 2018) - Frank's response shows he has done this more than once! I couldn't drive my car and didn't meet you anywhere you came to my residence. My car didn't have any leaks and needed new coil packs and spark plugs. & I only called you last week I've never met or heard of you prior to last week so maybe you need to check with the other client you had that you're speaking about in your response about how you scammed her too.*** (Original response) ** Frank's services are a SCAM! Called Frank on Thurs morning and he said he could be there at 2pm and didn't show up until 7pm (paid him $40 fee.) He said he didn't have the parts and would get them in the morning and be back 1st thing. Friday comes and text is sent to see time he's coming. No reply until late that day and claims no place has the part and that he will get it Saturday morning and fix 1st thing. Saturday comes around and Frank doesn't reach out until noon, again claiming the part is nowhere to be found and will be in on Monday. Monday comes around and Frank still doesn't reach out or respond to texts or calls. I call from another number and he answers and realizes it's me and hangs up then texts the other number saying he was tied up with another car. Again, says he will be here first thing Tuesday (today) morning. I sent text to ask ETA and no response. Called, no response. Being in the trades myself I understand work sometimes taking longer than expected or things popping up but to be so unprofessional and inconsiderate there is no excuse when running a business. It is not difficult to send a text with an ETA, or to say "actually I won't be able to fix the car a lot is piling up." I'm very disappointed I even sought him for help. If anyone knows of great and professional mechanics in SW Atlanta area please let me know.

I was going from Tallahassee Florida to Tennessee and my car's starter went out right outside of Atlanta. I was only able to convince two mechanics to come out to where I was located. The first one that responded completely ignored my wife when she said it was the starter and attempted to jump the car, Then we called Frank he advised us to send them on their way and that he would be there shortly. when he arrived not only did he find the correct part and fix it right there on the spot, but he also spotted that my serpentine belt was destroyed and fix that for me as well. I had taken my car to several mechanics and none of them spotted this issue. Frank is by far the most knowledgeable and diligent mechanic I have met.

My starter went out in my Chevy Malibu. I saw the great rating son FC Auto Service and contacted Frank. Frank was very professional, transparent, and fixed my car in under 30 min. I will be using their services again. I would highly recommend FC Auto Service because it is very hard to find a mechanic, and every harder to find one that is transparent, and not trying to get over on you.

I was referred to Frank by my uncle and he was absolutely amazing!!! Not only did he come to my house he always picked up the parts I needed. He is very efficient and knows what he is doing. He informed me that another wheel bearing on my car was messed up and a couple of days later when I had the time he came back out and fixed it and now my car is back to being A1!!! He will be the only one fixing my car from now on! Everyone please use him and spread the word about him! He’s great!!

Overall A 1 mechanic I had an issue with my bearings on my newer model car this guy saved the day he came out got the part for me cheaper than I did and fixed it waaayyy below cost now my car runs 100%. He was very knowledgeable friendly easy to work with. My wife was over his shoulder the whole time and he had no problem with that as well as explaining as he went. Definitely trustworthy he is definitely our family’s mechanic and go to guy for any auto advice.
