Fair Oaks auto repair went way above the standard steps to repair my suburb. Calling at 4:55 pm, my car broke down near their city. Their hours revealed 5pm closing, but they waived that policy to help me while I was in Distress. I and my car towed into the ahop as they stayed open for me. Recommended a car rental company and it was ready in 24 hrs. The owner Kent went to various shops to secure the parts needed. Meanwhile Emily, the customer service rep was so kind and helpful. I ft they not only repaired the car but did it quickly, friendly and less costs do to suggesting a used part. Given though I am hours away they are my new mechanics. Thank you so much Emily and Kent
