Ok let me start by saying Mike Kelly been working on my car from Lnc to FaircPrice Auto and I always had a great Experience! However this time around it was horrible idk if its was the fact we were dealing with my extended warranty but, it was an awful experience. From my car being misdiagnosed from the starter to the engine overflowing with oil to saying it was my alternator. Submitting claims to high from what was stated to submitting claims without my permission. It was a lack of communication doing the process which had me calling carsheild to see what was going on. FPA numbers weren't matching carsheild numbers, it was a whole mess. When I went to pick up my car I ask Mike K for receipts for my alternator, my starter and I asked him for proof of the estimates he submitted to carsheild for my own records. In which nothing was produce but a bogus invoice with misspelled words and made up numbers. The first invoice had $1555 and said that I was responsible for my deductible which I understood from the door and it had a $170 in taxes now idk know much about warranties but I do know how to read and my contract states I only pay for taxes on parts which total $49 so I asked where did $170 come from and again no explanation. After speaking with carsheild here comes another bogus invoice this time instead of the diagnostic being a $125 he dropped it to $62 because thats the original number he submitted to carsheild that they explained to me from previous conversation. Than the $170 in ⁰taxes dropped to $102. So that invoice ended up being $1488. So within 1hr or so I ended up with two different invoices. Yes I was very upset because nothing was making sense and their lack of knowledge was making me even more furious. At the end it was told to my friend who was with me if I pay the deductible $200 I can take my car and go. So I agreed to do so because I was over it. Well I paid the $200 signed the bogus invoice and guess what Mike Kelly said I could not have my car until carsheild paid them while smiling in my face. This place is very unprofessional especially Mike K but I guess when your pretending to be part owner (allegedly) and getting 60% of profit (allegedly) you will do anything to make that check look good!! I will not recommend this place especially if your dealing with insurance or warranties because they lack knowledge and professionalism in that area. I will be reporting them to the BBB and Attorny General

Woww! Customer service was amazing from when I walked in the door to when I left out. So I brung my car in for my power steering at 3:30pm they closed at 6, they got my car fixed by 5:30 and I wasn’t even expecting it back until days later! They were so fast , so warm and pleasant. They made me feel comfortable. And after talking with them for under 5 minutes I felt confident with leaving them with my car. It’s safe to say this is now my he only car repair shop I will go to if I can help it lol. Amazing customer service. From the moment I called to schedule the drop off of my vehicle to the moment I picked it up, and everything in between. They kept me informed about everything. They were extremely thorough. I expected to be without my vehicle for for at least 3 or 4 days. I received my car back exactly 24 hours later. They let me know what maintenance I will need soon what I can wait on and suggestions on how to take care of them. I will recommend them to everyone.
