avoid at all cost, $750 just for me needing to end up pushing my car up hill 25 feet away from the shop when they called to say it was done. Scam if anything didn’t even solve the initial problem only made my car and afternoon worse. Oh yea and it was there for a week.

stay away, i was aware of one nail in my tire that i took to get patched. they patched it but before even asking if i was okay with their price per patch they went ahead and did it. had it been more than $10 per patch i wouldn’t have okayed it. then to top it off they told me i had 2 nails in the same tire and doubled the price, all while never showing me the second nail. i say this because my tire just went flat and now that i can see they never properly did the patch to begin with i can also see there was never a second nail or puncture. total rip off don’t give them your business

Went to go get my tire checked out because it went flat out of nowhere… First of all.. the guy took FOREVERRRRRRR to see what was wrong with the tire and then he says the reason is was low was because the little air pipe was bad so he charges me $25 to fix that. Next day my tire is flat AGAIN and I take it to a different tire shop and there’s a slit on the tire. How did that happen????? Idk!!!! But if that was the problem in the first place, he should’ve seen it and fixed that instead of charging me for a stupid air pipe thing.

I stopped by this shop for a 3rd opinion on what was wrong with my truck. I was met with a friendly staff all around. Reasonable price on diagnostics, and they did a thorough evaluation on my truck. I would definitely be coming back here for any future maintenance. This shop was honest about all the recommendations, and confirming the issue. I had a bent rim, I was told from the first shop I went to that I needed a tire rod, hub bearings and a rack & pinion. However, my second mechanic found the issue to be my struts in the front, which fixed my main issue. The second issue was shaking on the highway, went and did an alignment and tire rotation due to new struts and tires(discount confirmed a bent rim, however they couldn’t be sure that was my main issue causing the shaking) After all that the shaking was still happening. So that’s when I stopped at falcon for assistance. I hope this helps anyone looking for a reasonable shop.

I uses to like this place when the older man use to work there. The new young guys they have there now will see you there and walk inside to sit and eat. The lady inside is rude. If you go inside and ask her anything it doesn't matter what she talks to you with an attitude and make an ugly face. The young guy could be helping you and she comes out yelling at the guy to help someone else; and he leaves you hanging. I drive further just to avoid this place.

8/27/25 2:30 - 3pm - I asked the guy there (heavy set dark skin with a bandana under a baseball cap) to just check my spare as it’s old and may need replacing, I’m going to corpus with my family and wanted to make sure it was good. As we are speaking a new Mercedes pulls in and he walks away from me to see what this person wants and then says that he’ll be with me in a min. I wait and he comes out with a used tire that’s not the right size but says it has better tread than the one I have for $100. I said ok might as well replace the spare and he says to pay and wait inside and he’ll call when done. I waited about 40 min and he says it’s done and I see that he replaced my passenger rear 35 inch Falken wildpeak at3 with the used tire he showed me. I said that it’s not what I wanted that all I wanted was the spare tire checked. The lady inside (who didn’t seem to know what she was doing) came out and said she could give me a discounted refund and I said No that’s not what I asked in the first place. I said just put my original tire back and give me a full refund I’m not buying something I dont need and she said ok. When I looked for my original tire it has the rear you see in the picture in the inner bead. I said this tire has never been removed from the wheel, what happened?!? Well suddenly he got upset and said it was like that already and that the tire was worn down anyways and then she told me that it won’t hurt the tire but she can sell me another just like it. I said No you need to find another one in the right size and that he messed it up and she looked but didn’t have one not even a used one. I said just put the original on and make sure it’s not leaking so I can leave and give me my refund. She told him what to do and he got mad and started slamming stuff around and then filled the tire with 50 pounds of air!!! And then called me over to show me that it wasn’t leaking under water. I still gave him $10 for his sweat but if you can’t speak English or Spanish and are not sure what the customer wants make sure you know what you’re doing BEFORE doing the work. If I could give a below zero review I would but this was a waste of time and money and now I went to discount tire to order a whole new set of tires. Que triste!!!

they are a tire shop that doesn’t know how to change tires without damaging tire. The curly head lady said it’s just the paint no damage was done they don’t know what they are talking about!!! don’t give them business
