Fan Auto Detailing is the real deal! My wife and I have 6 kids who have been sitting, climbing, plopping, sleeping, eating, drinking, spilling, and many other things, in our Honda Odyssey for the past decade. We have never once had the van professionally cleaned/detailed. So you can imagine the work Ben had cut out for him! Ben and Jason arrived at our house on time and immediately went to work! The two of them worked non stop for 2 hours on the interior of that van. The results were incredible. My wife, my kids, and I could not believe our eyes (and nose - it smelled so good!) when we walked around and got in the van! The only time our van was this clean was the day we drove it off the dealer's lot! It was so clean my daughter even took off her shoes before getting in because she didn't want to dirty it! Well, you can see for yourself in the photos, they truly did an amazing job! Not only did they make our 10 year old van look like the day we picked it up, Ben and Jason were professional, friendly, and just awesome people you want to be around. Please don't hesitate to give Ben the opportunity to detail your vehicle! I cannot recommend him enough!

I couldn’t be happier with the Fan car detailing service I received! My car looks absolutely brand new—the level of cleanliness and attention to detail blew me away. So happy with the results of my car detail. It’s not something I usually would pay to have done but I’m so glad I did. Ben and Jason do impeccable work and now my 8 year old car looks like it did the day I bought it! Unbelievable! They also worked around my schedule and came to my house so I wasn’t inconvenienced at all. Highly recommended! AMAZING JOB! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I never write reviews but I had to leave one for these guys. This is my first time getting my car professionally cleaned, so I was hesitant on doing it, but it was so so worth it! I got a full interior detail clean and full exterior wash with clay waxing. Jason came by and was super kind, punctual, and professional. He did everything I asked for AND MORE! Ben and Jason went out of there way to make sure I got the best service possible and that I was happy with the results! They always kept a constant line of communication throughout the process and were super kind! Amazing group of people who are professional, kind, transparent, and CLEANED MY CAR SO WELL. SEE THE ATTACHED PHOTOS, I INCLUDED A BEFORE AND AFTER PIC. I had so many coffee stains and dirt in my car. I live in an apartment complex and was initially worried about a traveling detailing business being able to clean my Corolla Cross without access to water or electricity but I was wrong to be worried. They had everything they needed and were able to just park next to my car and clean it right in its parking space! Jason was very thorough and friendly and even managed to find a long lost inhaler of ours. The price was very reasonable and I will be using them again in the future! As a (former) automotive engineer and lifelong enthusiast, I care deeply about my and my family's personal vehicles. Over the years and many places I've lived, I've met many people with great skill or resources and facilities...but Ben has more than just that. He really took care with our vehicles and recognition of how significant they are to us. He was gentle and reverent with the cars and also was very earnest and honorable in doing business. I inquired to have our two vehicles detailed in time for my upcoming wedding, such that they would be ready for nice photographs and also so that I would start this new chapter in life with my cars refreshed and looking a little more full of life. These vehicle had not been detailed in almost 10 years. Though we don't own the most exclusive or attention-getting models, we care about them deeply...one of them is 11 years old, the other is 22 years old. They are like family members in a way. Ben was very careful in cleaning both the exterior and interior, noting and informing us of spots where excessive effort/abrasion could damage the car or wear down markings. His prices are VERY competitive for the quality of cleaning, and even so, he was honest in appraising some services as not strictly necessary...very clearly he was not just trying to "make a buck," rather he was doing what was in our best interest. He even came up with a plan and schedule to help us ensure the cars would be shining and not weather-beaten come wedding day. To top it off, Ben was very professional as well. He responded to my inquiry in a timely manner, accounted for the weather in scheduling, and remained in touch both a few days prior and on the day of cleaning to keep us aware of his ETA. Even when cleaning (in the freezing cold), he took care to warn us of patches of our driveway that had become particularly slippery and icy. The cars have not been this clean in a long time, and I will add photos come the wedding day, once he completes the final paint correction. Overall an easy 5-star rating - and a good value, too!

Outstanding service and communication! I highly recommend to anyone (I'm in West Windsor). My CX-5 had not been cleaned in a while and the dog had an accident in the back seat. I was scheduled right away and they walked me through the service details. Afterwards the car came out looking brand new! I could not have done a better job if I had spent days shampooing and vacuuming. Great gift idea for a spouse too.

Ben did a great job on my GR Corolla. He was quick to respond to my initial request for detailing and spent the time to explain the options he offered. He communicated over text with details on the service and also kept me updated on his arrival time. When going over the areas to wash, Ben clearly explained the different products he uses, especially on the wheels to get the brake dust off.
