Our Nissan was stranded in our drive. Lee and his wife came out and were a great team. He diagnosed and then she cleaned the terminals and gave me a lesson on checking the alternator. They brought back a battery from AutoZone, installed it, then listened to me start it a few time. He diagnosed another non emergency issue from the sound. I received an ereceipt for both payment and the battery. Thank you both!

Was on a long road trip with the family and had a tire problem. On a Sunday. These guys came out within 15 minutes of getting a hold of them on the phone, they sourced a tire (none of the Redding tire shops were open on a Sunday afternoon, so these people must know people). That saved me an unplanned overnight, and early morning at various shops. Plus the Thai place next door is really good.

Lee and First Choice deserve 10 stars out of five! We were passing through Redding and needed to get our studded tires off before continuing to SoCal. I pre scheduled a swap out with Lee, who was ready to go and got us changed over quickly (on his birthday!). He stored our winter tires for 10 days, then switched them out again on our way back through. Fantastic communication throughout, and world-class service! Thanks, Lee!

UPDATE: New owners of this business. Still probably awesome service if you need help roadside in emergency. They did not notify me of the new ownership when I talked to them about how much I trusted and appreciated the owner's service I received in the past. I drove up from the Bay Area hoping to get the same great service to fix my car and was charged top dollar and the problem was not fixed. I told them I could drop it off anywhere to get it fixed they told me they did not have a location and would send someone out to meet me and then proceeded to charge me a high fee for service on the road. Showed up Friday night of Memorial Day weekend when all other shops were closed and gave roadside service! Was able to fix our vehicle quickly, was super friendly and very honest! We highly recommend and are very thankful for their service! Can not recommend enough!

After trying to do the wiring myself for flat towing our Jeep behind our RV and it not working correctly I called Lee and he came out to fix the issue and make the whole system much simpler. These guys are fantastic. Tire lugs were almost completely broken off from a shaky control arm while I was driving back north to Oregon. They met us where we had been towed to, spent hours replacing the lugs and went and got the last control arm in the area and had us back on the road with 0 problems in about 5 hours. Real life savers and can't recommend them enough!! Thanks again Lee and Will!!

Zach came out to my residence awhile ago to help with a problem on my truck, cool guy. He did a horrible job on the repair, his work cost me 500.00 to get it fixed correctly at my mechanic. Have left a couple of messages for this mobile mechanic and did not ever get a response back. Terribly frustrated with this place.

Absolutely the best service anyone could ever hope for. Not only did Zach fix the issues with my gmc acadia , it was very reasonably affordable and charged me way less than even the price of a tow truck that would tow it to the dealer where they dont seem to ever fix anything and charge the price of a new car! They are absolutely the best ever. Im usually very skeptical and unhappy with most shops but with Zach i have the upmost faith in his kbowledge and his ability to fix any issue that could ever arise. I recomend them to everyone thats facing getting thier vehicle repaired. They will come to the rescue.

Great service and friendly people. I was having issues with my 4runner after I replaced the spark plugs, it turned out to be a simple fix that I had put them in the wrong order. Zach could not have been more helpful--We have gone through multiple dealerships and mechanics who have over-charged and under-worked on a persistent issue that the vehicle has had for months. Zach came out and changed my alternator as well as diagnosed another issue and fixed my break light that kept getting stuck on. For everything he did his price was very fair and he came to me, very nice guy and responds back in a timely manner. Was able to fix my car the next day after messaging him which was amazing. If I could give 10 stars I would, excellent service, HIGHLY recommend using Zach for mechanical help. As we were traveling from WA to TX my diesel truck broke down in Redding, CA (backfiring from air intake). As soon as Lee heard my truck, he said it was a stuck open valve. Sure enough that was the issue. He not only fixed the broken/bent push rods, he also fixed the cause; so that I could rest assured it would not happen again anytime soon. Lee was very friendly and knowledgeable, as well as reasonable price! I highly recommend him for all your repair needs. Thank you for getting us back on the road!
