On Sept. 7, 2022 I talked to the Manager Steve at Fastlane Automotive about my Electrical problem on my Ford-150 truck and sent pictures and told him I would have to tow it to his shop on a flat bed tow truck, and needed to to know when he could start work on it, we made an appointment for Friday. I towed it to Fastlane and cost me $280.00 when I got my truck to Fastlane he refused to do the work and had to have it towed on a flatbed back and cost another $370.00 ?

Love this place, they will let you know what needs to be changed and if you are crazy in the head and the job can wait a couple more months, they will let you know. They knew they weren’t going to pass my cars safety check, yet they robbed my money and failed me anyway. He didn’t seem like he cared and just shrugged me off. The guy didn’t suggest anywhere else I can get it done and left me to figure it out myself. Literally wasted my whole day/time, I had many other things I needed to take care of but couldn’t. They had me driving in circles for no reason. No aloha here. I got it done elsewhere and they passed me instantly with no excuses or issues. I went to the fastlane for a quick safety check and oil change, and I was in and out in a flash. The prices were awesome, and Steve and his crew were friendly and professional. They even offered me coffee and snacks while I waited. Plus, Steve gave me a holder for all my car paperwork because I'm always losing mine. Definitely recommend this place.

I went here on a recommendation. I have to say my first experience was great. I didn’t have an appointment and I spent roughly 20 minutes from start to finish. Parking is a little tight and Make sure you have cash on hand. They were very friendly and professional. Will definitely be supporting this local business in the future as well as recommend them to friends and family.

I have used this place at least three times for safety inspections. Never made an appointment, but role up as they open and get my safety done in like 20 minutes. Great service and there is a seating area to hang out while waiting. Very friendly staff for each visit, would highly recommend to others.
