Caution = overcharged Felips oil change & tire rotation = 175.00 Gerry's oil change & tire rotation = 83.00 Why the price difference? Drive a half mile down to Gerry's Tires on Michigan Ave. and save some cash. Lions, never sheep.

Had a pesky mouse chewing up our air filter on our van which ended up messing with the oxygen sensor. Our van stalled out and we had it towed to Felip’s as they could look at it that day. The inspection fee was fair and I really loved the pics and videos they texted me in the inspection report. They replaced the air filter. Next day, same problem. I didn’t know at the time, but the mouse had struck again that night!! I had it towed again to Felip’s and they let me know what happened. This time they just charged me the price of the air filter. I was VERY happy with their service and will use them from now on.

Felip's came through for us big time! We were traveling, 1,700 miles from home. Our A/C compressor died during the hottest, most humid part of the Michigan summer. Felip's got us in, fixed us up, and we were back on our way instead of sweltering with no A/C. Felip's is awesome!!!

We have a 2020 Honda CRV, which had all of the warning lights come on. I had personally replaced the battery and spark plugs which stopped the warning lights temporarily, but came on after a week or so. We brought it to Felips Garage on short notice. We shared what was going on. They looked at the vehicle anf scanned for codes. They felt the warning lights were coming on because the history of codes were not cleared. They inspected the car and pointed out various maintenance requirements, which I knew had to be addressed. They are a very honest service garage willing to work with you on any issue you may have.

This was my first experience with Felipe's. From my initial inquiring into their services to pick-up of the vehicle, communication was outstanding and speedy. They went above and beyond in diagnosing what the vehicle required, were ready with a quote, and finished the expert work in a timely manner. When I neglected to read the text message indicating that the vehicle was ready to be picked up, they offered to hang around past the close of business hours so that I could get the vehicle back before the weekend. I highly recommend this business for auto repair and truly appreciate their professionalism!
