Was quoted almost $400 to replace one TPMS sensor. The failure happened right after an OTA software update so figured Subaru might be willing to fix it. They are but only at a ridiculous price. I’d be willing to pay something reasonable but this is nuts. Will never do business here again. This was the last straw after a previous poor experience with the service department.

We had an emergency on our Outback driving from our home in Iowa to Dallas. Fortunately it happened in Broken Arrow, OK. Jessie in Service made sure a part was flown in overnight from Japan! Had us back on the road next day. Shout out to Heidi and Chris as well. Great Service team!

The worst service dept I have ever worked with! Rerouted for 30 minutes to foreign country and wrong departments. It’s funny how when they are trying to sell you a vehicle they call you and leave their cell number but when you have an issue in getting your car repaired for a malfunction no one is available. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE - only Subaru dealer in town and they are the HORRIBLE!

Made an appointment to get all 4 tires replaced and an alignment 2 weeks in advance. I live an hour away and made sure I was there early, with the understanding that they wouldn’t start on it early as they were really busy. Two hours after my scheduled time I was called letting me know that they had just got it back but that they did not have the tires I was quoted, that I would have to pay $160 dollars more. I would have paid a bit more to fix the mistake but not $160. They made no attempt to make the situation right. They couldn’t even do the alignment because of my tire tread being uneven. So far the worst service experience I have had anywhere.

Ended up getting a cracked windshield on a vacation trip. Ordered windshield while still on vacation. They got us in super fast after we got back. Did a great job. Only took a few hours and we are back on the road in our 2week old Crosstrek.
