After using Ficarro’s Collision (aka Steve Ficaro) for many years, I decided to come back for a minor scratch to my vehicle. It should be noted, the staff at Ficarro’s Collision are extremely knowledgeable, and are able to execute any customer service needs. For the assessment of my vehicle, I worked with Marcos Diaz. Mr. Diaz was extremely kind, courteous and knowledgeable about what needed to be done to my vehicle. The day of service, Mr. Diaz stayed beyond business hours to ensure my vehicle was done and delivered back in excellent condition. I love Ficarro's! [Can one say that about an auto body shop??] We have bringing our cars here for years and would not think of using any other shop. Ok this edit review is long over due. Let me first give a shout out to Marco the person that handled my complaint regarding my truck. I just wanna say to anybody that reads this, if you are ever in need of a car repair and you end up at Ficarro’s if you can please seek out Marco he demonstrates leadership in making things right for the customer, he tries to get to the bottom of any issues or problems that may arise. He has customer service skills when dealing with the public. His skill set is on point when explaining things on what could have happened in my case my car was damaged in an accident and prior to my accident my vehicle was in excellent shape. When I went to get my vehicle the first time it looked like everything was fine until I went to use the rear wiper and that’s when all hell broke out because the wiper damage my rear windshield. And for the manager to want to argue with me over what I know to be facts about my car, I wasn’t going to have it. The manager over at Ficarro’s is ignorant and he lacks customer service skills he has no clue as to what it is to represent a repair shop as to the position that he holds. He has no kind of leadership skills or experience on decision making and doing what’s right because instead of him saying ok let me check into this further he decides to wanna display his ignorance. This is why I say is when you know something to be true regarding your property stand on it and keep pushing forward until someone hears you. Marco ended up calling me and then from there after we talked he assured me that he wanted to get to the bottom of what had happened. I had already contacted my insurance company and they investigated my claim and it came back the damage had to come from the repair process and for me to contact the repair shop. Again I’m no expert in fixing cars all I know is that my car had no problems no dent dings nor damages prior to the car accident. What I did not expect is to be met with so much of hostility coming from a manager who doesn’t know me from a can of paint as well as I don’t know him. If I had to grade this shop on the basis of this specific manager Ficarro’s will fail each time because when a customer is paying for there vehicle to be fixed that’s all they want is just that to be fixed and for there concerns to be heard and not disregarded. Marco thank you for all that you did because had I not been persisted and had you not cared to get to the bottom of what happened my rear windshield would not have gotten fixed and , you would not have discovered that more damages was over looked on my vehicle that water was actually entering into the rear headlight which would have lead to more issues and damage to my car if only it would have been fixed right the first time and not overlooked. I realize that things do happen only to say that when a customer comes in and you the business is receiving their money treat them with respect and courtesy. Again Marco thank you for taking the time to take interest on making me whole again. Your actions exceeds the expectations on what it is to demonstrate and deliver a real customer service experience.

First, their service staff was very nice and patient in communicating with me about the car's problems. That was good. Second, the way they treated my car was very hypocritical. They placed isolation paper on my driver's floor mats, implying that they didn't stain my floor mats. But at the same time, I found that my back seat was stained, and then I spent a lot of effort to clean them up. Also, they did not protect other parts when painting the damaged parts of my car, resulting in other parts of my car being affected by flying paint (for example, there were a lot of paint shops on the windshield). This is disgusting and disgusting, and I had to spend extra time to deal with these problems that they should have avoided.

I have been using Ficarro's auto body since the... 1980's... They've changed ownership, but today I saw that the level of care and attention hasn't changed. I needed a relatively minor repair for my grandson's car (he was visiting for Spring Break), and arrived for an estimate, expecting an appointment in a week or two - too long for him. Marcos came to us with one of his technicians, took a look, and asked if we could wait for 30-40 min, and they'd have it done! And they did! A beautiful job! They will continue to be my go-to as they continue the fine reputation (at least for me) that is Ficarro's Auto Body.

As I get older I thought I would wise up and go with the flow. Instead when something's not right I jump all over it. The opposite is also true. This body shop was recommended by my insurance company. I was pretty skeptical. From beginning to end this shop and it's people impressed me.
