They installed PPF on the whole front end of my new Model Y, De-Badged all outside emblems, and tinted the front windows. Logan and the rest of the Fick's team did a fantastic job with my SUV. It needed a full interior + exterior detail from a couple years of camping, cross-country trips, and dogs, but more than that, it had developed a horrible, mysterious, AWFUL dead-animal smell that I just could not find the source of. Logan was communicative through the whole process, and went above and beyond to disassemble the entire interior to find the source of the smell. Even through some delays due to a power outage and the holidays, they kept me up to date on their progress and hustled to get it back to me looking brand-new and smelling like a new car again. I can't thank the team enough. They took my vehicle from undriveable due to the smell to brand-new. And, they were communicative, flexible, and professional throughout the process, with really competitive pricing! I seriously don't think my car has been this clean since it rolled off the line. It's clean in places I didn't even know existed. If Fick's hadn't been willing to tackle this disgustingly stinky job, my next move would have been an insurance claim and a very expensive bill from the dealer to disassemble completely. Thanks, Logan and team. Y'all have my business and my gratitude for the rest of eternity.

I had an unfortunate accident with my car and a mailbox (mailbox won) and was in a predicament as my car dealership would not get back to me on next steps. I called Ficks and Jennifer was an absolute angel and said they would help me get this solved. After a couple weeks and diligent work they were able to get a replacement mirror. This was no small task as it apparently takes 3 million different pieces to put a Subaru Foresters mirror back together. The price. The people. The service is unmatched. When I called they were very nice and explained everything thoroughly. I needed full interior cleaning and also odor removal from smoke smell. The interior looks new!
