This is the only car wash I go to. They always spray the car really well before entering the car wash and I love that the vacuums are free. I always keep towels in my car, but I'm pretty sure they have towels inside that they can give you.

They do a great job pre-spraying your car as you head into the wash. The place is always clean, and though you have to request a towel inside, they’re free as are the vacuums. And the employees are so nice. Shout out to Damarae for kindness and respect!

UPDATED 07/10/2025 It would have been much sooner but it's summer and life is continuing to happen around here and I'm tired of getting the damn runaround from the children they have running their business. I have been visiting the Finish Line Carwash on E Lloyd for over 2 years now. I had a subscription plan with my previous car at 2020 Nissan Kicks and I loved it! When I got my new truck in the winter of '23, I visited their location and several times they just lifted the gate and didn't charge me. They had a winter special coupon for 3 months and I bought it everything was great. So, Christmas I gifted myself the monthly subscription. Ironically this was my 13th visit on that subscription. On 06/02/2025 my antenna and GPS unit were destroyed, a long with body damage to the roof of my truck. The line actually stopped when the "whatever it was" grabbed my truck. There were cars in line behind, I turned on the camera to see if I had been bumped...Because that has happened before! In the camera screen I saw the unit cover for my gps & antenna laying in the middle of the track. Apparently, someone just pushed the go button because it jerked forward and I continued through the car wash. I immediately pulled around and told them what had happened and they said oh we don't cover antennas. A young woman said I'll go look in the track and see what I can find. She brought me 5 antennas... FIVE lol 5 of them!!! I said no none of them are mine. She said ok. I'll look again and then she found it. Another young man came and said we do not cover antennas. Again asking for "Who can I contact that has some authority?" They said that the manager does not have a set schedule but he's supposed to be here tomorrow (06/03/2/25) morning. He took my information and filled out an incident report. There is a yellow post-it note on the estimate below from person on duty, Josiah G Okay,... well this is not JUST an antenna and I have been through this call particular carwash... In my GMC Canyon 21 times, that I know of, I have posted my screen shots of those visits. He said that there is a program where you have to go through 3 or 4 times before they know if your vehicle can clear through safely. WHAT!?!?! I asked for their manager's name and they told Rajen. I also asked for a phone number to contact someone or to be able to call them the next day. They said there is only the 800 number and they don't have a phone at their location. I'm also adding the photos of a vehicle that just happened to go through Finish Line Carwash while my husband and I were there (the next day, 06/03, trying to speak to someone in charge). Unfortunately, his car had the back window of his convertible busted out while going through. This happened before he even got washed ... I am open to any contact from the manager, owner, or anyone associated with the Finish Line Carwash company. Since 06/02/2025, I have yet to receive any type of correspondence from any representative of their company. Below was my initial review even before I bought the monthly subscription... Getting ready for beautiful weather and the windows down. Finish Line is awesome, I have been through several times already and I have no complaints. The location beside Target on the expressway is convenient and easily accessible.

I first stopped by the location near Lowe’s, but after seeing how run-down it was, I decided to try the one by the Lloyd. Wow what a difference! This location is by far the cleanest car wash I’ve ever been to. The staff were so friendly, respectful, and eager to help. It felt great to be treated so well, and my car looks fantastic. This will definitely be my go-to car wash from now on!
