This is the only business I would trust to perform any kind of preservation, detailing, or tint work. Beth has gone above and beyond both times I’ve brought a vehicle in. I brought my truck in with less than a thousand miles on it to get a 2 year ceramic coat and tint. I’m extremely satisfied with the result. Businesses like this should be given a lot of credit for upholding a standard as high as they do. I drive an hour to come see them and I’d probably drive further if required.

My first experience with Firehouse was amazing!!! I did the $35 hand wash. The attention to detail was perfect. I had no complaints. Three hours in my driveway with all of my supplies and I can’t make it look like they did. They have a customer for life. I am having them black out all of the emblems and tint my windows next. The attached photos is from the next day. Still looks better than the day I bought it after a 200 mile road trip.

I’m the guy that had the 2005 Jaguar XK8 that I showed at the Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance. Sorry for the long late review but had a lot of personal things going on and wanted to come back a few times before I made a review but here it is (and I will be coming back!). The car detail was great but spots were missed including not putting leather conditioner on the convertible boot (it’s separate from the car so I understand why it was missed). There was left over wax inside the brake light (which was there when I dropped it off) I wanted to see if they would catch it but didn’t. HOWEVER, I did go back and point it out and the detailer was so nice and fixed it for me. They did everything else I asked so 5 stars there. The owner and I had a deal with the price since I helped and gave out his detailing cards at the show (and will continue to do so). Biggest gripe was that a couple spots were missed and the guy up front didn’t know how to use the computer very well. Also would like to tell the detailer directly what I want so that nothing is loss in translation. Again sorry for the late review but things are hectic. When the car is back up here I’ll be coming back for a detail! I will also change this review after a few more washes. The owner is a firefighter and it pains me to give 4 stars but he wanted an honest review so here it is. Ya I can’t keep the 4 stars up. Car looks way too good!

We recently bought a new car for the first time in a number of years and we wanted to take some steps to protect it and tint the windows. Winston and his team at Firehouse Auto Spa were outstanding to deal with. Prompt answers, quick service and made my wife and I feel comfortable with our decisions. We went with a Ceramic protection and ceramic window tininting. It was a no pressure experience and I look forward to working with them again on my other vehicles.

Okay. I have a family member and two lifetime friends who had their newer vehicles ceramic coated, so I have the benefits of their experiences, and my hands-on look. Equally important- I'm a retired Engineering & Maintenance Manager and Science Teacher, so I do my own research. And I looked into this before deciding anything. 5 Stars because they nailed everything in the performance rubric. I got the 5 year treatment for my 2012 Nissan Juke, with 150,000 miles. This car was cared for well, so Firehouse had a good one to make bee-u-tee-ful, and they did! I sent this picture to the previous owner to show him what I did, and he replied "Is that new?" and he wasn't joking! When I picked her up (only 3 days!) I got to put my hands on, and it's, like, are you KIDDING ME?! I kinda knew what I had ordered, and I assumed it was going to be nice, but this is it, at a whole new level of impressive. And lastly, the shop and the staff- go out there and try, but you're not going to find better. See the photos I attached. Now Photoshop these great folks into the pictures I attached, and you get the idea. If you're thinking about getting your ride protected and gorgeous, stop. Stop thinking about lt. Just go and get it done. Right. Now then, one of the staff, Mr Joe Black, whupped me 10-4 in Foosball. I must go back and avenge myself! Peace. Out!

I had this tailgate wrap installed today, Memorial Day 2022! Mark's team at Arlington Expressway did a phenomenal job installing this wrap! I had the wrap custom made as a tribute to Our amazing Military, current active duty, retired veterans & those who sacrificed their lives for our freedoms; firefighters, in memory of 9/11, AND the small flag lists all others that I chose to recognize: CORRECTION OFFICERS, DISPATCHERS, EMS, NURSES, FIREFIGHTERS, POLICE & MILITARY! I am an oncology nurse & my son is JFRD, which is how I found out about Firehouse Auto Spa! My son works with Mark! How fortunate for me! I actually teared up when I first saw the wrap after installation today! Winston, Tammy (who did an amazing job detailing truck while wrap was installed), and my most sincere apologies bc I don't recall the young man's name that worked so hard installing this wrap, along with Winston's help, I can't thank you all enough!!! They knew how special this wrap is to me! A couple of my patients had input in my design & I'm so proud of it!! I finally get to show it off bc of the amazing staff at Firehouse Auto Spa on Arlington Expressway! They are an amazing, dedicated, friendly & professional team!! I am very impressed....& I am not easily impressed!! Ask my son!! Another HUGE THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart! And a sincere apology that I can't recall the young man's name that worked so hard today, please forgive me! Many thanks from a satisfied & impressed customer!

The best detail shop in Jacksonville. Period. The inside of the shop looks very clean, even the bathroom is immaculate. This tells you that the people that work here pay attention to detail. I had the Alarm package done on my car today and it was totally worth the money I paid. My car looks brand new! This is my 3rd time here and will be a lifelong customer.

The detail work done on my 2015 Camery was very good, when I first talked with them about the stains on the upholstery they explained that not all them may not be albe to remove. By the uotcome I know they did their best!! The outside looks like a new car!!

I brought my 2023 Corvette C8 in for paint correction, front Xpel film protection, ceramic coating and window tint. They also installed splash guards. Mark and Winston are the best! Very professional and very informative. I was impressed with how clean their garage area is. Also amazing to see all the beautiful cars being protected. My C8 was in among many more expensive cars but looked just like it fit in! :). I was impressed with them from when we first spoke on the phone and knew I would use them over the dealership install. I highly recommend them. And, the car turned out beautifully! They did this work when I purchased the car in 2022. Yesterday, 3/20/24, I took my car back in for detailing and for a new C8 emblem on the front of my car. Once again, they did a terrific job and made my C8 look like new again. I highly recommend them!
