Over all I was happy with the work. However, on the inspection report the said I needed new whipper blades. One, I would love to know how the did the inspection when I asked the to have them take the gallon of whipper fluid I had yo fill the tank since I knew it was empty. One I took my car after the service it was still empty. I also new I did not need new blades since I just changed them my self 2 weeks prior.

I had a flat tire and I was trying to make it to the LGA airport on a time crunch to avoid missing my flight. The staff there was quick and efficient and got me in and out in 20 minutes which was helpful since I was able to make my flight with 5 minutes to spare. They also helped me choose the best tire for my situation and didn't try to delay the process. I appreciate them and their help on a stressful day.

Close to four hour wait (still here lol) for a diagnostic. I only got one update of “might be this or this”. So very unclear diagnosis after waiting so long. I don’t write reviews often but honestly very unacceptable. Bathroom trash filled to the brim. And no soap in bathroom.

Got tires for my truck here, priced competitively/better than most tire shops if you want Bridgestone/Firestone tires. Truck had a tire balance issue, they fixed it with no charges or questions asked. Good staff working here, much nicer/helpful than your average auto or tire shop.

I had an appointment for a specific time and my car went in within a few minutes of that time. The only things I'd change would be improving communication about progress and expected wait times; and doing something with the windows (like some kind of treatment) to prevent excess glare on the customers in the waiting room.

Did the oil change as expected but I was not happy with how they treated my car. Revving it for fun while bringing it in the bay and giving it back with greasy/oily finger prints all over the paint and interior. Don't bring your nice car here.

I stopped by to have my car’s dashboard light codes read. After using a second reader, the attendant gave me a print out, some troubleshooting tips, and advised me to take it to the dealership if my partner couldn’t fix the issue. I was pleased he went the extra mile to try to diagnose and didn’t try to get me to agree to expensive fixes I don’t need.

Went in for a vehicle inspection they told me “everything checks out”. Alright, took my car down the street to deal with a separate issue, Guy pops the hood tells me both my air box filters are broken and not aligned properly. Take it back to Firestone not even 15 mins later, they claimed they didn’t break them and that’s how the car came in. Ok why wasn’t it pointed out and showed to me during the inspection? You take the air filter out to check during inspection so why not tell me they aren’t seated and the plastic is all broken. WOULD NOT take my car here at all. Took my car down the street to Monro and they found issues Firestone didn’t find. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING ANY SERVICES FROM HERE. 0/5 stars.

Horrible experience. Went there to get tires put on. First of all my appointment was for 3:00. Told me it was a 45- minute to 1 hour job. Called them at 4:45 to see what was going on as I didn’t hear anything yet and was told my car wasn’t even in the garage yet. Called me at 5:43 to tell me about my alignment. Told them to go ahead and do it. Literally called me back 8 minutes later saying the car was ready. Go to pick up the car it was already after closing. The guy told me he would wait for me to get there. I get there he’s pulling out of the parking lot to leave. Noticed me there and apologized and said he forgot. After I pay and I go to my car he leaves. I notice a big scratch on the front end of my car 😡 of course he left so I can’t go question them about it ! I’m beyond furious! Definitely do not recommend!! I’ll be there tomorrow as soon as they open!
