I would say that I had one of the great experiences with Firestone this month. I have been experiencing rear side sound for many months and I took my Nissan Altima to Nissan dealers and other repair shops; the comments given were that we need to change shock absorber all the time. Despite changing shock absorbers, I did not see any change from the annoying sounds. When I took this car to firestone, my respect on Lloyd has gone up by many points on his thoughtful understanding of customer problems, diligent observations and fixing the root cause once for all. This approach helped person like me to peacefully drive the car. My sincere thanks to Lloyd and Firestone personnel for being MAD (Making A Difference) in experience.

Came in for a flat tire that was a unique size and not in stock. Manager and staff helped with locating a tire and even helped me drive to get it. Everything got sorted quickly (under 2 hours). The cost of service seemed low for what was otherwise a huge hassle for me and saved me from being stranded 50+ miles from home on a cold January day. Thank you Firestone!!
