Wife had a issue shortly after a oil change (defective filter that visually looked fine, no fault of Firestone). Wayne was super polite with my wife when she brought her car in for the oil change, and he was super polite and professional with me when I called about the problem. After cleaning oil out and tightening the oil filter myself, it was already leaking oil again when we had time to bring it in a couple days after we discovered the problem. After cleaning out the oil catch tray, I drove for 30 miles and the oil catch was still empty. 2 days later it was full so the leak was super slow. I was able to talk to the mechanic, Sly, and after a short conversation while we went over the filter, I'm confident in his abilities and have zero doubts it was anyone fault (other than Pennzoil filter, which looked good but clearly had a defect that wasn't visually noticable - no way they could have caught the issue). He was apologetic even though the problem wasn't his\firestone, going as far as going out of his way to apologize to the wife waiting in my car.

Very courteous & knowledgeable. We have an 02 Ford f250 super duty diesel. We've looked for 3 years for a Pittman arm for this truck. Nobody could find the right part. Not even Ford. These guys spent a week hunting it down the right part. It took at least 4 tries, but they found it and installed that and a new gear box. Price was reasonable and the truck is running great. Awesome service.

I'm so grateful for the mechanics and manager at this Firestone location! They were very helpful and knowledgeable. When I damaged my wheel last weekend, they were quick to diagnose the issue and provide an inexpensive solution. Their labor charge was very reasonable, and they answered all questions I had about the work being done. The repair only took about 45 minutes from the time I dropped off my car. I will definitely be returning to Firestone for future car service/maintenance.

First time at this location. Had an excellent experience went first to buy four tires. And upon there inspection which I did know the back brakes were squeaking a lot they took me in the back and pointed out to me so I can understand what is the problem. From Wayne the store manager to Steve to even the tech everybody was friendly and very knowledgeable and pointed everything out to you. Fortunately I do have automotive experience so I was able to understand what they were talking about. But I was watching them talk to other people and they were very friendly and helpful I will be going to this place in the future and also the tire prices was very competitive. Beating out the two other competitions in the area.

Highly recommend this shop. Steve and Wayne helped us out. We were on a family road trip with a car fully loaded with kids, pets, bikes etc. when we hit some road debris and blew a tire that was damaged beyond repair. They were kind and helpful and changed the tire in quick time. They had our specific M+S tire in stock which was great. Checked the other tires (and didn’t push an upsell on the other tires as they still had life left). Would definitely go back here if I needed service in the area.

I generally think very highly of Firestone as a company. However, I would strongly encourage this particular location to be more careful when applying the oil change reminder stickers. After purchasing a premium synthetic oil change, the sticker indicated that my next service should be at 5,000 miles instead of the expected 7,000. Situations like this give customers the impression that they are being encouraged to return sooner than necessary. That may not be the intention, but accuracy is important for maintaining trust. Additionally, my mom was advised to perform a fuel system flush every two oil changes. That recommendation seems UNUSUALLY frequent. Overall, my hope is simply that this location prioritizes treating people like human beings rather than a number, so customers can feel confident that recommendations are based on genuine vehicle needs rather than unnecessary upsells.

My biggest compliment I can give this place is they are honest. Many times you’ll go into a mechanic shop and feel like the workers just see dollar signs when they look at you. Not here.
