Firestone (Cortana), has the best customer service. I asked my daughter to bring her vehicle over to have her tires checked and the team at this location showed my daughter why she needed to have the tires replaced and also gave her options. Even though she wasn’t paying for them, she knew why she needed to have tires and what to look for if she needs to have them replaced again in the future! Two thumbs up for Mr. Chester and his team.

I had not been to Firestones in years, since I worked at Cortana almost 20 years ago. I ended up coming there to a front end alignment. Mike was able to find me in the system...LOL. All that time I was still in the system...LOL. I appreciate good customer service. High 5 Mike! On top of that the price of an alignment was good. I'll get free alignments as long as i have that vehicle. Can't beat that deal. The service was fast and good, which is rare. I'll be bringing my wife vehicle when it time for an alignment. Thanks guys.

The only thing I was satisfied with was the fact that most of the workers was getting off and they was able to find time to tend to my flat tire, but I was very dissatisfied with the fact that they was charging me over $40 when I had road hazard protection, they was charging me over $40. For another tie, I did not like that at all, I could not believe that they put a new tie on my car that had 37% air pressure in it, and the rest of the tires had only 28% air and 26% air pressure, why did they not check all of my tires and made sure all tires had the same amount of air pressure ? I was very dissatisfied with firestone service yesterday.

I want to commend Chester, the service advisor, for his professionalism and for keeping me informed throughout the entire vehicle repair process. I also want to thank and highly recommend Christian, the service technician, for performing a thorough inspection and helping me prioritize the necessary repairs. My vehicle is a 2007 Ford Fusion, and after being told by the dealership to take it to an aftermarket shop, I chose the Firestone location at Cortana—and they did not disappoint! The suspension repairs were completed correctly the first time and at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend this location to others!

The people acknowledge you when you come in very nice very respectable.Very disappointed with the tech who was inspecting my car while he was on his smoke break smoking and of course no he did not get in my car with a cigarette, but it’s like Bruh you smoked flick then gave it 10 seconds and got in my car smelling like an ashtray. I don’t smoke. I don’t deal with people who smoke that’s very unprofessional. And of course they call you back when they identify other things and told that my brakes at a 4.3 not a 911 issue but don’t want it to go onto the Rotors. And then tell me that another tire on my car had some dry rot and needed to be replaced. Wasnt in my budget decided not to do it. They’re done I go to check out. I’ve already peep the price the cost to replace the tire as far as those fees and recycling fee fees and etc.. It was before taxes like $111. But dude, it’s like right at $140. I’m like that’s more than what your website is giving and he’s like all the website ain’t truthful. So I go through the fees on his website and that’s like I see this is before taxes he’s like oh yeah we got the road hazard and warranty all that added too. I said is that optional?he said yes. I said so You added it without asking me if I wanted it, I said you can take that off . And of course he’s like well. You know if I’m happy to the tire you’re gonna spend another $79 I said that’s one tire what happens if it happens to my other back tires?? He took it off. I paid and I left.
