Fortunate to find this place. Was searching for a hard to find tire for my Mercedes SL550. Bought the only one I could find (needed 2) in Merritt Island FL the day I was to leave on my cross-country trip. Called tire shops in every city I passed through, looking to replace the other front tire. Called this shop...they had exactly what I needed, and got me on my way in a very reasonable time. Flat tire is never a part of your vacation plans, but I was grateful that I was near a Firestone. It was close to closing time and the manager, Mr Robert said no problem he would get me taken care of. He and his workers never made me feel rushed or as an inconvenience. I was able to purchase a new tire and felt that the rest of my trip would be event free since they also checked all of my tires and battery, etc.

I sent my daughter to replace the headlight bulb to my car be we head back on the road. an employee named Robert tried to charge my daughter $128 to replace the bulb. I had her put me on speaker phone and he said I thought she said 2 light bulbs and the new price was $119. I told him it cost less than $15 to change a headlight bulb. I told my daughter to get out of there and her dad will take the car Monday morning somewhere else. I called back to speak with a manager and he states he is the manager. Do not go there. They TRY to rip people off. Changing an headlight bulb never cost that much!

I scheduled a brake inspection online for Saturday at 12:00 PM. After driving to the location for my confirmed appointment, I was told the mechanic on shift could not perform the inspection and that I would need to return the next morning at 8:00 AM, despite having an appointment. When I returned, the brake inspection was advertised as FREE on Firestone’s website, and I presented the coupon. After being quoted a very high repair price, I declined all services. Only after declining repairs was I told I would be charged $25, which contradicted the advertised free inspection. Immediately after picking up my car, it developed a constant scraping noise while driving and a creaking noise when turning the steering wheel—neither of which existed prior to the inspection. I originally brought the vehicle in for an occasional brake squeak, not continuous mechanical noises. When I contacted the store, I was told they could “look at what the noise might be,” but no responsibility was taken, and I was explicitly told it would not be possible to return the car to the condition it was in when I brought it in. The vehicle was returned to me in worse condition than when it arrived, and the store refused to correct the issue. This was my first time using a Firestone location, and it will be my last. Between the missed appointment, misleading pricing, and refusal to take responsibility for a problem that began immediately after service, this experience was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this location to anyone expecting accountability or transparency.

This was my second time getting service at the Firestone Auto Care Florida St location and I have been extremely pleased. Communication has been great. Whatever issues with my vehicle have been thoroughly explained. I received a phone call and email with pictures about the issues noted with my vehicle. When I arrived at the store, I was again explained the issues and given recommendations to those items that needed immediate attention and those not so immediate. I am thoroughly pleased with the service at this Auto Care store. They are professional, friendly and the service thus far has been awesome. I would highly recommend this Auto Care Store for your vehicle needs.

Apparently you need to look on Yelp for the accurate reviews of this location. Being so close to a college campus they assume they can take advantage and prey on these kids. It was disgusted to learn that when my son took his vehicle in for brake pads they came back with a laundry list of unnecessary repairs totaling more than $2800. Naturally he declined since we already knew the issue. What they failed to realize was the car was recently checked most of the items they quoted were recently put on so we knew they were scamming. We went there for convenience rather than have him drive a hour to our mechanic. When he retrieved the car from Firestone it now made sounds it hadnt upon delivery to them a few hour prior. We tried to give them an opportunity to make it right and requested they put thr car back in the condition it was when we took it to them they advised they could not. We immediately went to our mechanic which only heightened my disgust and frankly outraged me to learn that not were they scamming but they engaged Reckless Endangerment by putting his brakes back on too loose and too low. I'm not sure what kind of business practices or criminal activity you're engaging in but in what world is human life worth less than a dollar? You took liberties with my child's life to attempt to further your agenda and get him to spend far more than he needed to on unnecessary repairs. He could have been injured as a result of your negligence. I'm not promoting any other business asI cannot speak for them but I will say DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Sad thing is he was dealing with the so-called manager of the store.

I couldn’t recommend this place more!!! I have gotten my tires patched other places and was charged $60. Here it was only $35. U also was told by another store they couldn’t patch my tire and would have to buy a new one. I brought it here and they easily patched it for me!! They were also the only place that had the tires I needed in stock. Everyone working there seemed super knowledgeable and they were very quick in doing the repairs. Safe to say, I will only be coming here in the future
