If I could give no stars, I would. Now it wasn’t completely brought to my attention that Firestone was mainly for tires. However, I brought my car in yesterday to get an AC diagnostic. They told me that my blower motor was not working at all. So I went out and spent $200 on a new blower motor just to find out that wasn’t the problem with my AC. After confronting the service manager, he insisted that his men knew what they were doing and tried to reassure me the problem with my AC was not my control panel. Well after spending another $96 on a new control, my AC then kicks on. Firestone does not know how to listen to a customer’s concern when in the end the customer was right with what was wrong with her car. Highly do not recommend getting any services done here, this was very disappointing.

This is a hard review to make. I have trusted Firestone on Siegen with my cars for over 15 years and I am so disappointed with them. In May, I made an appt with Ms. Shon who was the sweetest lady. “Please check tires” popped up in my car and we scheduled service to check it out. During that conversation, I knew I’d have to get all new tires and was prepared for it. I left work early and brought extra work to “entertain” myself to get my tires checked. That day, an older gentleman was at the desk and I asked if I could add a service (changing the bulb in my taillight) to the bill. He said if I had the bulb (which I did), he’d get the guys to change it. I settled in and in less than an hour, I was told that one tire needed air and I had to replace the entire casing on my taillight and I should return the bulbs to the store. The other tires were fine. The tech told me himself as he handed me the key! The older gentleman stated that if I got the right part for the taillight, they’d change it. My ticket was closed out and I left excited that I had a while before I needed to spend the money for new tires. A little disappointed that I had the wrong bulbs for my taillight and that I’d have to spend more money to fix it. I was confused when I received an email about needing two tires and that I had not authorized the service. Imagine my shock less than two weeks later when my tire was flat and the tire message was back! I immediately drove back (on a flat) where I was told that I definitely needed new tires and was “recommended” the service the last time! Apparently there was a conversation had that I wasn’t privy to! Imagine the shock again when my brother opened the casing for my taillight and it was the EXACT same bulbs I had brought in the first time! It really sucks when you trust people and think they care and they lie to you because they didn’t want to complete a service. I use the Interstate to get to work and having my car properly operating is a top priority for me. So for someone to lie to me about not needing new TIRES is crazy. I was literally there for that service and was told I didn’t need it! What reason would anyone have to lie about it? I had an appointment, left work early, and was prepared to pay. Siegen Firestone, I’m more disappointed than words can express!
