I had an appointment for 10:00a.m. I had a short wait, but once my car was in, I only had to wait about 30 minutes for my car to be done (replaced wiper blades). This time frame included a courtesy check of my car for any other problems. Thank goodness, there was nothing major wrong with my car. I intend to go back in a month to get the things they found repaired. GREAT customer service, too!!

Ended up at Firestone by accident, I’ve used the previous occupants of the building and hadn’t realized it had changed hands until I arrived. I wouldn’t typically use “brand named” tire shops as I have always thought them to be overpriced and not especially concerned with providing a good service to those on a budget but I could not have been more wrong. James greeted me warmly upon arrival and worked with me to get my vehicle roadworthy whilst accommodating my budget. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He took his time to make sure I understood all the options available to me including the various finance offerings. I did not once feel uncomfortable or condescended (which is sometimes an issue for female drivers at automotive facilities) and I would recommend Diberville Firestone to anyone / everyone! Thank you James and team I will definitely be back!

First off let me say that this review is not based on the employees. The employees that I interacted with were friendly, courteous and respectful. The fact that my vehicle was hoisted in the air, had pictures taken of and was told parts were bad when in fact the parts were brand new and just loose is the complaint I have. Since I was told I had bad parts, I took their word and ordered new parts and got a second opinion. That second opinion let me know that my parts were not faulty and were just loose. I will not do business with this location due to this.
