I took my truck to get a car wash on the corner of Parker Road in Arapahoe and the Firestone right next to him was open. This is a Sunday afternoon on my way to the Broncos game. My battery died and they were able to replace it extremely fast and getting me on my way to take my daughter to the Broncos game. Customer service was unbelievable and I highly recommend Fire Stone!!!

First and foremost, let me say thank you to the men and women at Firestone om East Arapahoe Road at Araphoe Crossing. I stopped going to this location over a year ago due to previous management, but thanks to John, Mark and his team this particular Firestone has a repeat loyal customer, once again. Customer service and customer experience go hand in hand and that is what John and team provided. 10/10 would recommend everyone to go to their location.

Very reliable incredible customer service to the point where I understood their patience and their work. My favorite place for any tires issue. They are friendly and helpful & PRO. I had repair on one of my tires but because they was late about 10 mins for delivery they waived the charge. Keep moving forward guys. 🤩🤩

I was in a bind to get a repair done before going on a road trip and this firestone worked with to get it done as soon as they possibly could. Even recommended to get maintenance work done at a discount since they were already in there. Will come back. Front desk staff was very personable and kind.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I called ahead to confirm they had availability to replace my car’s tires and was told they did. I made it clear that I didn’t want to spend the entire day there, and was reassured it wouldn’t be an issue. Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing. I ended up waiting over four hours for a basic tire replacement. Worse than the wait was the treatment I received from the on-site manager. He was unprofessional, abrasive, and made me feel extremely uncomfortable with his intimidating demeanor. I’m not sure what triggered such hostility, but it was entirely unwarranted and left me feeling disrespected. I rarely leave negative reviews and consider myself a very patient person, but this experience was so incredibly unprofessional. As a woman, I would caution other women against seeking service at this location, as the treatment I received did not feel unbiased.

I needed a wheel alignment. I was referred from another business. John is the manager of this Firestone he helped on a busy snowy day without an appointment. Im great full for his prompt response and service. He was attentive to my needs. As I waited another customer came in who had a nail on the side of her tire. They told her she needed a new tire. She left angry and returned being extremely aggressive towards John . She cursed him out filmed him on her cellphone and was so disruptive I started to call the police myself. Horrible horrible horrible service. The place looks like shit. All the refreshments are completely gone. The bathroom is disgusting. I went to get an alignment and had an appointment at 11am. I Returned at 6 after not hearing from them all day to find out they never even touched my car. When I got there is when they finally did “the work”. I leave from there and I know they don’t do anything. Took my car to another place. Turns out in fact they did not Do my alignment. They are all liars and I have been lied to multiple times by different employees there. DO NOT GO HERE.

Besides the great tires they provide, the staff is the reason why I keep returning. The service they provide is above and beyond. They’re honest and trustworthy when they tell you that you need new brakes after changing your tires. Hello, My name is John Gilbert, and I have been using Firestone for over 15 years for vehicle service/maintenance. I would like to file a few complaints. On Thursday, February 12th, I made an appointment for a check-engine-light/catalytic-converter test for 1100am Saturday, February 14th. My son's basketball game finished at 1030 so I rushed over to Firestone to drop my car off at the scheduled time. They told me the tech who runs diagnostics called off and asked if I could bring the car back on Tuesday or Wednesday next week. No one called me to let me know that the tech called in and that my car couldn't be looked at? I was so pissed. It's not easy to work out a schedule for dropping off and picking up cars, especially when you only have one car. Two weeks before this incident, I took my fiancé's car in to get a tire rotation and alignment. I made a 300 appointment and was told it would take 1-1/2 hrs. So I dropped off the car and went to the gym across the street. I came back to the shop at 500 and saw the car in the same spot where I'd dropped it off. I thought surely they were done and just happened to put the car back in the same spot. NOPE! They hadn't even taken the car back yet, so I had to wait another 1 and 1/2 hours until 6:30 before they finished. Not only that, they found a screw in one tire and a nail in the other, but they told me they didn't have time to fix it, so I had to schedule another appointment to have the tires repaired. When I came back for that appointment, it took them 3 hours to plug two holes!!!! What is the point of having appointments if you're not going to honor them?! I will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS FIRESTONE, and I may stop using FIRESTONE altogether.

I had a lot of repairs needed on my RAM 1500 (aka a Fiat 😂). The entire staff was great, John specifically was very personable, kept great communications and updated me along the entire process. They took the time to explain the issues going on with my truck, made sure I saw the issues and parts needing to be replaced first hand, checked for coupons and did what they could to offer me fair pricing. They kept good inventory of parts which made the repairs timely, I was surprised how quick they were to get the work done. I was back on the road with my truck riding like a dream in no time! Out of nowhere our 2013 Camry started to misfire. We brought it to a store close to home. (Not a Firestone) This place diagnosed the issue and said it would be $700. They called back 30mins later, said they found another issue and wanted another $400. Then they called 4 hours later, said it was another issue and wanted an additional $2000!!! I said NO WAY, put it back together and didn't pay them a dime! After calling a friend she recommended Firestone, Foxfield location. Alan, the mechanic, was able to diagnose a very unique issue. He is amazing! They didnt even charge us an arm & a leg to figure it out. John (store manager) was amazing as well. The issue would normally have required us to go to the dealership. Instead, John worked with Toyota to get us the parts and programming required to solve the problem. Saving us over $2000!! I would say thanks to Alan, and John, they have earned a lifelong customer. You ever call in or meet someone in person and you feel like you're in good hands? That's Mark and John at this location. They responded promptly, and gave me a good time check. When they said they'll be wrapping up in 45 minutes to an hour, they meant it. They even threw every coupon and military discount onto my quote I didn't ask for myself. Out of pocket car repair costs suck no matter what. But they sure looked like they tried to help me cost wise. Not to mention this is the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. They got me in first thing. Followed up with a calling giving me a diagnosis of a not so common electrical problem, costs, and timeline. My truck spent 8 hours of the day there getting fixed. I wouldn't mind leaving it with them for the day if I ever run into another problem down the road. I'm in good hands of some good people.

I was surprised when I was able to get a same day appointment. I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. I got in right away and the service was quick and thorough. I can’t comment too much on the prices as I have a fleet vehicle. But they are a recommended service provider, so I’d say they are reasonable.
