I came in with a battery/electrical/wiring issue and they had me back on the road in no time.I'm terrible with names but the young and very thin gentlemen at the desk was very kind and optimistic and had a nice smile. I had an outstanding experience at Firestone thanks to Dale, Nick, and Ryan. From the moment I arrived, the team was professional, friendly, and efficient. I brought my vehicle in for a synthetic oil change and to have all four brake pads replaced. Dale took the time to clearly explain the work that would be done and made sure I understood the details. Nick worked quickly and carefully, ensuring everything was done to the highest standard. Ryan double-checked everything and went above and beyond to make sure my car was safe and running smoothly. It’s rare to find a team that combines technical skill with such genuine customer care, but these guys delivered on both. My car feels great, and I left with total confidence in the service performed. I came in this morning for an oil change, I was immediately greeted by hunter at the front desk and proceeded with a professional skill that should be taught to anyone who works directly with customers! A few moments after my brief yet pleasant encounter with hunter,my truck was taken to the shop floor and began being worked on. No waisted time,no standing around by a water container. The technicians working on the vehicle were proficient and professionals,Declan and jermany have the skills and work ethic that you only hear about! The shop went above and beyond by checking all components and finding my air filters needed changing. I received a call from Hunter suggesting the filters are changed, not telling me to change them or pushing a sell on me like most shops I’ve been to does. In all I will definitely be back and telling everyone I can about the amazing service and top of the line professionalism by Hunter and I high quality, skilled mechanics Declan and jermany!

So my husband and I originally took our Lexus to Christian brothers to get an alignment and they wouldn’t do it but the steering wheel was CLEARLY tilted to the right. So we brought it to this Firestone shop and the guys here went above and beyond! Nick, the service manager was awesome and super friendly and helpful. I had a great experience at Firestone from the moment I walked in - greatly appreciated Nick in Sales/Service. I was out of state and looking for a tire to replace a flat. Nick was very helpful and walked me through all my options - including patching (not possible in this case), single replacement, and 2-4 tire replacement due to AWD. He found me a tire that closely matched what I had. Unfortunately, I did not have the wheel lock for my vehicle and had to go to Toyota for the lock and specific tire to match the other three that were nearly brand new with low mileage. Even though I did not get a tire from there, Nick watched my vehicle until it was towed which allowed me to wait elsewhere, and he even notified me once it was picked up and on its way to Toyota. Thanks again Nick!

I brought my Dodge Challenger in for a radiator replacement, and Nick made sure everything was explained clearly, handled quickly, and done the right way. He kept me updated throughout the process, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident about the work being done on my car. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about both the customer and the quality of service, but Nick exceeded every expectation. The shop was clean, the service was efficient, and my car drives perfectly now. I really appreciate the honesty and professionalism I received here. Give Nick a Raise!!!! Declan(Jesus) worked on my car and he was very informative and helpful and helped me understand what was wrong with my car. Awesome young man Update on my review: Nick should still get a raise. He is such an awesome youn man. He really knows a lot about Customer Service and how to go above and beyond for his customers. Hunter though, he recently met him today when he called me about an open quote on my mom’s car and he told me about a deal they are running on open quotes more than $500 they get an extra $100 off. I said okay tell me more and he went into details on how he can get my very low quote even lower due to a deal there running on it. I went in as soon as he was done explaining it. As I’m waiting here in the lobby watching these two young man work I am so amazed of the customer service they both provide.Firestone and management I hope you know how good these two young man are. Thank you guys.

A bolt had gone missing from my brake caliper, all the bolts on the front end were loose, and my front passenger tire even came off the rim. From the moment I arrived, they were professional, patient, and understanding. Even though it was a last-minute situation, they took the time to inspect everything carefully and explain what was going on. They didn’t just patch things up — they made sure everything was repaired properly and safely.
