I called in an hour before close for a quick fix for under my car, and they were super awesome on the phone and encoruged me to come in. There was a few other people there with me and only one workers at the front, Rod. He was absolutely amazing and was able to get us all in and out of there so quickly. I love firestone and I will absolutely go back for any of my car needs.

I called late Friday afternoon and asked if I could have my car looked at because of what was happening before I got on interstate and the nice guy said bring it in at 7 so I did. I wish he was there when I went. This worker named Mike was rude as hell to me, grouchy old man must of got up on the wrong side of the bed, he was so rude I left. Then he calls and says I could bring in to have it looked at but I was already going on interstate. That nice guy must of got into work for him to call me. I’m never going to the downtown Lincoln Firestone again.

Was very happy how the customer service was done. Got new tires put on. They checked over my car while waiting for my tires to come from another location in town. Noticed my battery was getting low. Asked if I wanted a new one. I appreciate them checking over the car and letting me know if something was wrong. Did give a five stares because it took a while for my tires to get to the shop. Got put on right away!

I brought my pickup in for a tire rotation and left it there all day. At the end of the day when I was driving away, I noticed that obviously the tires had not been rotated. When I went back into the store and asked the technician, they said they did not rotate the tires. However, the invoice said that they rotated the tires. Upon speaking to the manager, he apologized, but there is no restitution for the time and frustration. I would not do any business with this store as they do not know what the H they are doing. Pitiful customer service.

I got the lifetime alignment in California at Firestone. I've always been very happy with their service. I moved to Nebraska and their service dropped drastically. They don't drive the cars in their parking lot after they do the alignment. And they will only set it to spec. They refused any minor adjustments to make the vehicle drive the way it should. I recommend not going to the Firestone on N Street.

If I could give zero stars I would. Brought a vehicle in for an alignment, upon getting the car back they said we need a new bolt before they could fix the alignment. We were under the vehicle the day before and none of the bolts were broken. After inspecting we noticed the alignment tab was damaged because they used an impact drill on the bolt. When asked, Nathan said they don’t use impact drills. We asked to speak to a manager and they didn’t have one there. Told us we’d need to come back the next morning. No responsibility taken. No solutions to the problem. A horrible experience from beginning to end. Would not recommend this Firestone to anyone.

I don't normally write reviews, but this is crazy. I went here for an oil change, new tires and new air filter on 7/28/25. I took my car to a different mechanic in town on 9/25/25 to get headlights changed. The other mechanic said the air filter is good, and the tires themselves are fine but they need to be rotated (I have driven far less than the 5,000-mile minimum before rotation is typically needed), and he also said the car needs an oil change "badly", much more than what should be needed after only two months of light driving. There was also a laundry list of other issues I wasn't told about, even though Firestone does free courtesy checks. Issues that take a long time to build up, not things that can develop to the degree they did within two months. These issues could have potentially left me stranded or even put me and others at risk if they had failed while driving. I wish I still had the invoice to post as proof. I ignored the other negative reviews I saw as well as ignoring my gut and got burned badly for it.

I replaced an alternator at Firestone on 8/1/25. On 8/14/25 it went out again. Took it in and they replaced it for free under warranty. Charged $290 to replace battery (which was likely fried by the bad alternator they installed). However, I get that can't be proven. Was told (by Firestone employee on the phone) the second tow would at least be covered since the bad alternator that was installed was the reason I could not get back to Firestone on my own. Asked the guy if he could take it off my bill for the battery. He acted like he had no clue how to do that, nor did he care. He called his boss to help him get my account closed, but didn't ask him about reimbursing me for the tow. Spent a lot of money at Firestone over the years. This is the end though. Will find somewhere else to go moving forward.

Made a 5pm appointment online. Got to the service center at 4:50. Was told that all his tecnicians go home at 5:00 p.m. and I could come back tomorrow earlier in the day. Simple ask, don't allow customers to make appointments that you can't keep. As I get off work at 4:30, I'm sure I am not the only one to experience this.

The two service advisors are Awesome too . (Kenny & Mike) . They go up & beyond for all there customers .

Absolutely the worst Firestone. Brought my truck here for them to look at a tire. Spent 2 hours here. ONE TIRE! No sense of urgency at this location. My truck is literally only a year and a half old. Not like it was rusted on. Employees in the back arguing and yelling.

This location does not respect customers’ time. I dropped my vehicle off around 11:00 a.m. for an alignment and waited until approximately 5:00 p.m. without receiving any update. When I arrived in person to check on the status, I was informed that the alignment had not been completed due to a missing lug nut. The issue is not the mechanical problem itself those happen. The issue is the complete failure to communicate. At no point did anyone call or notify me, despite having my vehicle for 6-7 hours. A simple phone call would have allowed me to pick up my car instead of wasting an entire day. This level of service is unacceptable for a national brand. The lack of communication and accountability is unprofessional and disappointing. Customers deserve transparency, timely updates, and basic respect for their time

I had a nail in the tire called the Firestone on N st . My son recommended this store. Kenny gave me a time to come in . I drive a Lincoln Nautilus Hybrid. I did not know this car had a polyurethane foam layer in the tire. Kenny kept me informed why the repair was taking so long because of the foam.They fixed the tire Thanks Kenny and Christian for taking care of me

After my oil change and topping off some power steering fluid I came to pick up my car and there was oil all over my seat belt and driver side floor mats/ door.they are now stained black. Tried to speak to someone and was given a shitty attitude and told to call back tomorrow for a manager rather than any form of an apology and or empathy for the situation. I was incredibly polite and understanding that accidents happen and rather than meeting me back with the same respect I was treated poorly for making an employee aware of the situation.
