Went to Firestone with a flat tire. The manager and his staff were professional, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. Had my car towed here for a broken exhaust. Tow company left my car with the windows open, doors open, and keys inside the car. Firestone didn't move the car into the garage and left it that way overnight (even though the car was dropped off around 2PM), which resulted in my car being robbed. Firestone and the tow company went back and forth blaming each other without taking responsibility. Firestone also gave us a quote over the phone for the repair costs but didn't document it, resulting in the technicians scrapping the initial quote and telling us to completely disregard it. Promised to work on the car in the morning but still hadn't even looked at it by the late afternoon. Ended up needing to wire the exhaust up so we could drive it to another shop. Won't be returning again.

Asked to have car checked for wheel Bearing noise. These ppl said it’s the tire. Took it to a different shop and the problem was my actual wheel bearing and replacement of wheel speed! Do better! That’s absolutely unacceptable and dangerous to tell people that the noise they hear is just the tire?? Fix it. Just lazy people

I went to Brockton Firestone to check head lights and engine line that was showing in my car and a little noise it was making. They charge me $150 for inspection. They said my car need oxygen, and brakes for over $2800, that the engine light was bc I need the brake and the oxygen. I said no I’m not paying all that my brake is fine I just had my brakes changed few months ago I just need the light and and maybe let’s try the oxygen to see if the noise will go away. They charge me over $800 for oxygen. The light they can not fix bc it’s wire problem. 2 days after the engine light came back on I call them they say they cannot do the car inspection to see what’s wrong because their machine wasn’t working 2weeks prior. So now my car is sitting here with the same problem and i pay them for inspection when their machine was broken they didn’t inspect my car at all and I pay over $800 for what exactly? Thank god I was smart enough not to pay over $2800. And what oxygen costs over$800 really. What do I do now I feel lied to and that I throw my money on the trash. And I’m pregnant I don’t want to go over and argue for my money. Ridiculous

We were visitng from TN. Our AC compressor went out in CT. They diagnosed it and fixed it for us within 48 hours. Rama even drove me back to our Air BnB so I didn't have to walk 2 miles back. Then 24 hours after we got van back we got a screw in tire on a Sunday. They fixed the tire and had us on our way in 20 mins. Great team working there. They will take care of you.

This is what Firestone will do to your car stay away. They have costed me time and money broke my key fob and refused to pay for it. I went in for tires and my vehicle did not work after. My windows they left down they covered with plastic and said this is the extra layer of security they have added since they broke my key fob. Stay away do not recommended to anyone

Steve is very rude very dismissive and a liar. They had my car from 10am until 5:30pm with no results and lied to me and said the type of work I need done they don't offer mind you its front brakes and rotors threatened to call the police on me and have me arrested for trespassing all because I asked for an itemized receipt and he lied again and said he didn't have one how. Then got upset because I asked him to stop calling me home and address me by my name. Said I was argumentative because I asked questions and didn't just believe everything he said worst service I have ever experienced in my life

My wife and I got a Navigator from Carvana and the front two tires had tire rot. We went to two other shops who were recommended by Carvana for service and they would not touch our car because they didn't want to deal with SilverRock. Steve from Firestone in Brockton turned what was a nightmare situation into one of the best experiences I've had with any company. He not only was very prompt and explained the process in detail with us but he also fought for us to get not only all four tires replaced but also higher quality tires. A+ effort by Steve.

I normally never leave negative reviews and usually just take bad experiences as a lesson learned, but this situation was so unacceptable that I feel obligated to warn others. Firestone never once reached out to me with updates. Instead, I had to constantly chase them. They continuously lied, claiming it was “difficult” to reach my warranty company, SilverRock — which was completely untrue. I was able to reach SilverRock easily every time I called. Even SilverRock themselves stated that Firestone is a preferred vendor and should know the process, and they are now filing a complaint against this specific location. Every time I called Firestone, I was told someone would call me back with an update. Not once did they follow through. No callbacks. No communication. To make matters worse, they told my mother that the car was completed but then refused to release it. My father went to the Firestone location in person and was met with excuse after excuse from the employee there. It wasn’t until the following day that a manager finally stepped in and was able to resolve the issue and release my vehicle — yet even the manager failed to return my calls. The entire process took almost three weeks to get my car back due to poor communication, dishonesty, and complete lack of accountability. This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had, and I will be escalating this to corporate. I would strongly recommend avoiding this Firestone location if you value transparency, communication, and basic customer service.
