I had three bad experiences in a row. 04/06/23: I requested/purchased the car care pkg, which of course includes a batt. check. The only recs were air filters and tires (which I wasn’t verbally informed of but it was on the list of recs). 5/13/23: Stranded in an area I knew NO ONE because my battery was DRAINED. I passively mentioned (didn’t tag) Firestone in a tweet responding to another user, and they sent my information to the GM. He was apologetic and rectified the issue to my satisfaction. 06/29/23: I went for an oil change. I was contacted by C*****a who said it was rec’d that I get 3 tires (I had one replaced at another location because it had a leak). I got the tires. My mother picked up my car for me. She contacted me and said she had to ask one of the techs to wipe down the mess that was made in the car. I get the car myself and see that there were oil stains in various places in the car. I contacted the GM, and again, he offered to fix the issue in the same way as before. However, I said that’s fine and I will accept that, but ultimately I would rather not have issues every time I go. 08/09/23: I went to another loc because I hit something on the interstate and had to have a tire replaced. They rec’d air filters so I had the engine air filter replaced. 09/21/23: I took it in for an oil change and car car pkg because I felt I needed an alignment. (Additionally, I felt that I needed brakes WEEKS ago, but I figured since they weren’t rec’d, I was OK.) As it turns out, my rear brakes were down to almost nothing. I was quoted 510.95 for that job alone. It was also rec’d that I replace BOTH air filters — so either the other location didn’t do it or they were lying to me. You just never know because you’re not able to watch them. They could bring out a dummy filter that they show everyone, I don’t know! At any rate, I only got what I requested and had my brake job done elsewhere for a fraction of the cost. After they bring my car out, I open the door and see that they left a soiled rag in my car. I took it inside the store and threw it away because I simply did not feel like dealing with them anymore. I walk back to the vehicle and notice splatter on my car! At this point, I was livid. I decided to leave instead of engage with them any further. Things started to seem intentional. I completed the survey and the GM reach out, but I no longer wish to keep running back to the problem to fix the problem.

Very displeased with their service. I had my tires rotated there and one of the lug nuts were put on at an angle leaving me having to replace the stud altogether. Now I’m having to spend money elsewhere to fix an issue that created. Their hours online don’t match the real hours as I’ve made appointments only to find out that they were closed. I’ve scheduled services only to get there and find out that they didn’t receive/couldn't interpret the request. I went there for service since I have a Firestone card, but don’t get me started on the issues I’ve had with the card smh.

I was extremely disappointed with the service. I came into Firestone to patch a tire with a nail in it. Ryan was really nice and answered all of my questions. I ended up requesting the repair, air check, tire rotation, and a check engine light check. The time was approximately 9:15am and there was one car waiting. Rep said it wouldn't take long, so it told him I was at church down the road and would be back after service. I came about to pick up my truck about 11 am, and it was still on the lift. I was told the rotation and repair was complete, and the tire just needed to be balanced. I asked about the check engine light, and it had not been checked. 45 mins later, my truck is complete. I pull out of Firestone, and my truck is vibrating (which wasn't there prior to my visit) . I turned around immediately less than half a mile away and returned. My tire sensors weren't reset. My centerpieces on 2 tires were put on incorrectly. One ended up falling off. I asked to have the air rechecked since the tires all read a different level and asked if my centerpiece would be replaced? I left again, got on the highway, and my truck was vibrating still. I checked my tires, and they had 44 psi instead of 35 stated. I will be returning to get this issue resolved. UPDATE management was able to correct my issues within 2 days (time needed to order centerpiece). So I will give 3 stars. It's rare nowadays to have companies reach out to correct these type of experiences. Thank you Ryan and Management.

This shop is horrible. I usually go here due it being closest to my home. The staff and management team are the worst. I visited this location today around 2p give or take. I checked in my fleet vehicle with the store manager. Other customers are already complaining about the wait time. I’m listening to the staff laugh and enjoy their day while us customers are frustrated and disappointed. After waiting over an hour, I walk up to the desk and ask hey how much longer will it be ? The heavy set guy, whose normally sitting at the front desk laughing and eating in the customers faces tells me “oh yea it’s gone be at least another hour” as he was walking inside the shop. I said hold on a second what now ? I’ve been here over an hour and you haven’t touched my fleet vehicle. (Only needed a new tire put on from a busted one). Then another guy walks up, I asked for my key all while I’m on the phone with the fleet company reporting my findings and the laziness of this team. The store manager had been gone in between all of this on her “break”, yes on her break leaving the team with NO HELP which is already only 3 associates there. I see her pull back in on the phone laughing, with food in her hand as well. I said hey I need to cancel my ticket, she immediately gets an attitude with me. I said my fleet vehicle contracts states one thing and Id like for you to read it. She says “so make it make sense because I don’t have techs here”. I then question her on why is that on the customer ? She huffs and makes a phone call to someone to help her void my ticket out saying that I’m upset because she don’t have any techs. That is not my problem, my problem was that once I stepped into your establishment, you should have simply stated to me your customer, hey it will be a while due to short staff, allowed me the time and choice to simply decline and go somewhere else instead of you accepting my vehicle and others knowing you didn’t have the workers to handle the load. As the store manager you are paid to staff, schedule, run your operation, and or help out your team. Instead she gave me attitude, poor leadership and lack of empathy for us as customers. I wasted over an hour at this location just waiting on this team to do nothing but collect quotes. This is the second time I’ve been in this location and it has been horrible both visits but today was totally unacceptable. I made it to Madison and I am 100% greatful for Joe and his team for shedding light on how a company should be ran. He’s a true leader who jumped and took care of business on top of being busy.
