I've been a long time loyal customer of theirs ever since my engine blew up and they got me right in on a busy day and tried to help me the best they could and when they couldn't they didn't charge me and I have gone there loyally ever since and even have a Firestone card and I don't go anywhere else except when it's something they can't do and I go to OMNI for deep engine work. My only complaint is nowadays they are very understaffed.

Had an appointment scheduled for Friday 10/17/25 was canceled by Firestone and moved to Sunday 10/19/25 at 2 pm. Got here at 2pm was told there was 2 vehicles ahead of me. At 3:10 they just pulled the 2nd vehicle ahead of me in. It’s ok Firestone I don’t have anything else to do in my life. I’m leaving and finding another company that wants to take my money.

In the fast paced world we live in customer service seems to be something of the past in today’s day and age. However let me tell you how Firestone of Ashland went above and beyond to help me out! I drive a 1 ton truck and haul a 22,000 pound dump trailer when loaded. Thursday morning I went to get two new rear tires for the trailer because they were leaking air and a DIFFERENT tire shop said “we will just plug those tires, you don’t know what you need kid.” Now if you know anything about hauling loads you’re not supposed to plug a 14 ply tire however I was in a bind and took this old man’s word for it. So I start my mobile home demolition load my trailer down headed to the dump. As I’m coming through Ashland I hear POW. The sidewall blew out of the back rear tire. I always have Firestone change my breaks and tires when needed and I thought if anyone can help me these guys would be the people. So I call Firestone and explained my situation and how I was in a bind. A man named Foster said “this is not something we normally fix but swing on by and we will see what we can do to help. I was only 2 miles away from Firestone when my tires blew thankfully! When I arrived I was greeted by a man named Nathan. He guided me into the very end bay and when seeing what kind of bind I was in he immediately went to work trying to track me down 2 tires. 10 or 14 ply tires is not something stores keep in stock. Nathan came back and said “Kyle I can’t get you and tires today but here is what I can do for you. I can have you pull out of this bay about 10 feet and drop your trailer. Leave it here over night we will make sure nothing happens to it and I’ll give you a call tomorrow when the tires come in and we have your trailer ready to rock and roll.” This right here is what you call top notch customer service, I had a problem and Nathan had a solution. Now He could’ve sent me packing and it wouldn’t have affected the amount of money he made just as he didn’t make any sort of commission from this sale or any sales. So why was this such a big deal to me that Nathan went above and beyond to help me? A $25,000 dump trailer is built of very expensive parts and if Nathan wouldn’t have helped me out the way he did the hole in my wallet would be a lot bigger! So if your a no BS kinda guy like me and you need brakes, tires, or your vehicle worked on, these people here are go to work to make it happen. No BS, no excuses, no sales pitch, you bring them a problem and they will have a solution. I’ve never wrote a google review in my life but they don’t take tips so I wanted to spread the word about the awesome make it happen people that run this operation!

Went in with a car I just bought to get new tires put on, Foster was amazing! I asked if he could check the undercarriage for rust and also check the suspension, it was no issue at all, he was more than happy to check it out for me! Pricing was more than fair, he got me in and out pretty quick, even though I was a walk-in, and I’m pleased with the tires and overall experience!
