They can't do right alignment. They try 3 time to do that,and my car is still pulling left. After that I did appointment in firestone Hayward CA. I came at time,but I wait 1 hour and they don't move my car.( because that was for life time waranty-free) when I ask how much time I have to wait,they answer- maybe 2 or 3 hour,we don't know. Why you guys doing appointment then??. I call to the customer service for money back request. They promise to resolve that problem. But still nobody call me. The Firestone devise is HONESTLY. That's you're honestly?? Spend my money and spend my time?

He was able to get me in the next day and finished the job in a very timely manner. I am very happy with the service I received and will be back again to give them my business. Marisa is the only person working the desk today so far. I booked an appointment yesterday after hours via online because a nail punctured one of my tires. I got an email this morning saying to call. The appointment was originally at 12noon however Marisa said I could come earlier because she was double-booked. The customers behind me are very irate and she’s handling them with grace and is very patient. An Adam Sandler look-a-like was dropping off a package and she politely had him wait a moment before she signed for it. Firestone should give Marisa a raise, her attitude is positive on a Sunday when other tires stores are closed and Firestone is getting flooded is masterful. Expert professional.

I cannot recommend this establishment! My experience involved a misdiagnosis and a subsequent repair that failed to resolve the initial vehicle issue, despite assurances from their staff. After incurring the cost for the repair and enduring a significant wait, I was informed that the problem persisted. I was then advised that an additional diagnostic test would be necessary to identify the root cause, and furthermore, that the facility does not perform the type of repair that might be required. I would caution against utilizing their services.

Guys at the front desk are nice (nothing against them). But the company is always trying to upsell you on things you don’t really need. I went in for a free alignment an hour after I had purchased brand-new tires from another company. I already had the lifetime alignment with Firestone from last year. After the alignment visit, I got an email saying I needed “new tires.” Below is a quote from their founder: “I believe fundamental honesty is the keystone of business.” BS

Got out of the hospital and my front tire was extremely low so I drove to Firestone to get it filled up. The technician in the bay ignored me, the guy at the computer didn't acknowledge me. I sat there long enough for the technician to fill up three tires on a car on a lift, put his air hose away, grab his little tablet and walk away to the inside. They've lost my business. Turns out I needed a whole new tire on the driver side and im not going to buy just one so another tire shop in town just received the little over $400 that I would have been paying Firestone had they not been absolutely rude. I will never ever go to Firestone in Vacaville to again. It takes a lot for me to write a public bad review and unfortunately the way those two couldn't be bothered when it is advertised on a big blue sign FREE AIR warrents this. Those tires were bought there and still under warranty. I willingly paid for brand new tires somewhere else then to go back there today.

Terrible service, Mr. Carlos was super rude. I changed 2 tires and did an alignment and asked to put the tires back to front at 11:45. They said it was ready to pick up. I said I would pick it up at 4:30. I checked the tire was flat. I spoke to Mr. Carlos. He wanted to drive the car with a flat tire. I told him it would ruin the tire. I've been waiting for an hour to see what's wrong with the tire. I don't recommend it at all.

He personally picked me up, was courteous and polite, and we even had a great conversation about our children on the way back to get my vehicle. I went there because of my car's overheating problem. On the first day they said that some parts will have to be replaced and they charged 622$ for that. I took my car after 4 hours and as soon as I drove 2 miles it started overheating again. So I went to them for the second time. Then they told me that some part will have to be replaced again and I paid 401$ for that. But still the problem remained the same. Then I went for the third time. Then they told me that the thermostat will have to be replaced. But after going to them 3 times, the problem is the same as the first day. Same overheating. And they charged me 1024$. They are nice people. Then when I called now, they are saying that you will have to go to the Chevy Cruz company . Because their technician does not know how to solve this problem. And they cannot give any refund also because they are saying that we have done our work. So I request everyone not to go to them. They do not know anything.

Came for tires replacement, they ran free inspection for my car anyway and offer to replace my filter, which I REFUSED. When I get home to check on my filter, it is obviously in a very different condition than in the inspection report. The only logical explanation is that they offer FREE filter replacement! Yeah, it must be!

Long time Customer, this Firestone is decent, with common repair shop concerns such as workload, and high costs for repairs but not any higher than normal. Staff are generally very reasonable, nice, and they listen, but they are not magicians. At times staff has been short, and once even abrasive for something he didn't need to be. Otherwise most employees are great. Management could spend a weekend and freshen up the place, it is like my house, neglected in some areas. It is clean as far as shops go, but filthy as far as hotels or restaurants go. No money has been noticeably spent on facilities in quite sometime. If they cannot maintain a restroom or building, can I trust them to maintain my car? Overall in the 20 years I have used them for alignments, they have been 90% reliable, but always honor their work and make it right. I have recommended friends to use their services and will continue to do so. Also, I will note their updates and reminders are stellar keeping you up to date. Food establishments are walking distance if you have to wait. Magazines, wifi, and TV available on site.
