I could not thank the manager on duty enough for taking my appointment today. I originally had an appointment at Lake Elsinore location but they told me that they did not know I had a lifted Tacoma even though they confirmed my appointment. Plus they told me that that their main tech was out on injury so they could not help me today. I was disappointed since I was hoping to get the alignment done there since I was in the area. This location technician was on point and I appreciate their professionalism. They got me in today about 2pm. Thanks again!!

Malek and Kevin are phenomenal people! The technicians there are also fast and efficient! I brought in my dad’s car for an inspection and Malek told me that it needed tires and even showed me why. Didn’t upsell me on anything else and just wanted to make sure my dad was safe on the road. Loved the work I feel good knowing my dad is safe now!

Around a month ago, I brought my 2015 Civic Si in due to a flat tire. I was recommended 2 new tires and an alignment, which made perfect sense after an easy to understand explanation. After the fix, the techs did their due diligence and further inspected my car and they found a few issues with it, showed me what they found, and gave me a quote. Myself knowing that I bought the car used over a year ago and have only done basic maintenance on it, I know it needed some TLC, so I approved the repairs and maintenance. After I drove off, I noticed my car was driving strangely and something was off, then the check engine light came on. After bringing it back in, they fixed the problem and up to this day, my car is driving better than it ever has since owning it! I was even offered a free oil change on my next visit due to the inconvenience. Very satisfied with the service Malik and his team delivered! Job well done!

I have been going to deferent Firestone locations since 2015 but by far this location is the best and malek was above and beyond . After searching on line and over the phone for the best price for my Benz EQS 450+ EV malek was on the top of it and was able to get the best deal and end up purchase the tires from this location . Keep it up thank you Firestone for hiring honest and professional associates. Today 02/07/26 I took my Cadillac escalade ESV to Install new tires malek was on the top it! I have got the best deal and was in and out within 1 hours. Now on I will go to this location only. Keep it up

I brought in my car because I was feeling excessive vibrations in my steering wheel. Malek greeted me at the door and was just very pleasant! Told me to start with an inspection to see what’s going on with the car. The technician Gerson told me what was wrong and even showed me that my tires were cupping and out of balance when I stepped outside to speak to him. I drove home after my visit and did not have any issues anymore. I love this place and would highly recommend coming here!

I purchased tires with a lifetime warranty at another location. This location is closer to eork so I went here to get a flat repaired. Before even pulling up my account the person there tried to convince me that they don't sell those tors, let alone guarantee them and fix them for free. I asked several times to please pull up my account because I've had one repaired twice before at different locations with no problems. He finally pulled up my account and kept saying he'd had to check with his manager. He stood around for a while and I hope he did ask, but idk. They finally looked at my tire and said it couldn't be fixed, I would have to purchase a new one. I said I'd come back the next day. Instead I went to my usual location and guess what they said!!! They fixed it for free! So worse case they lied and tried to steal from me. Best case, just incompetent. But seriously!?? 3 people I'm one location and none of them knew better?? Obviously not going back. But I feel like they owe me a free tire. 😉
