Firestone took great care of me. I made an appointment to have 4 new tires installed. I had a death in the family and they fit me in the day before the appointment. The professionalism, level of detail, and patience in explaining everything is unmatched. Even though they were understaffed and it was 90 plus degrees they were able to get vehicles in and out. I would recommend this establishment to anyone needing automotive needs.

Please go easy on the Techs and make an appt before having work done, it makes it easier for them to do what needs to be done for your vehicle. You may go in person or go online and schedule an appt. The work will be done and you will be comfortable at the same time, it's a win-win for everyone.

Bob Conti and his excellent team at Chesapeake Square Firestone has been our go-to for automotive maintenance for about 20 years now. It means something to me when the owner recognizes you, and you know him, and you know that his technicians and management staff reflect his honesty, trustworthiness and values! We have never been disappointed with any of the many maintenance jobs that this Firestone location has done for us over the years from serpentine belt replacement, to tire changes, to frontend alignments to fluid flushes and everything in between. I highly, highly Recommend Chesapeake Square Firestone if anybody has an automotive maintenance need and your concerned about whether or not the work will be done right, at a fair price and by competent and honest individuals. This is the place to go!

I can't say enough about how awesome everyone at this location is. Years back when money was so tight I needed air and was so worried I wouldn't be able to cover it if there was a cost. I literally didn't even have a dime to my name. The technician was so kind and took care of it. I'm thankfully a lot better off financially now and I've been going to this Firestone ever since. I highly recommend this location, the staff is thorough and concise when they do the courtesy inspection. I trust them to do my Volvo oil change rather than going to the dealer. You make an appointment and they stick to it. Go see them.

They store your CC information without your knowledge or consent and charged $1900+ to my account fraudulently. When the employee was questioned about verifying a card before it being charged he said they don't see any of the card information on their screen, not even your name. So, how can this business process a charge where they can't verify your information? I was told the charge would be gone on Friday only to see it charged to my card this morning. I asked for the owner/manager to call me on Friday and still have not heard a peep.

Trustworthy place to get car repairs. Didn't overcharge and only repaired what was really needed. Could have easily said I needed a full brake job but instead said I could get by safely with one rotor and brake pads. I thought for sure they would try to push new calipers on me but nope! They were honest!

Couldn't even replace a lower radiator hose. The tech wanted to "choose his battles".. my wife did it no problems. They did do an oil change.. yet never even checked the cabin air filter. And when I picked up my vehicle check engine light came on. Had that checked out. Guess what. Oil pressure sensor... complained to corporate and was suppose to get a phone call. That never happened. Now just going to talk to an attorney. Apparently they haven't been sued enough.
