Came in to have flat fixed. Mechanic did NOT return spare to bottom of truck bed. Mechanic kept his half finished work a secret. After complaining the work was finished. Comunity low rating of this Firestone is well deserverd.

I would give negative stars for this place but Google doesn’t allow that. I made an appointment last week for a Monday (today) morning drop off at 9:30am. I dropped my car off this morning and I go on my with my day. Fast forward to 5:50pm and I haven’t heard anything on the status of my car. I call the store and they say “Oh our master tech called out today so we didn’t have someone to look at it.” I ask to come pick up my car since I have to work tomorrow. The guy on the phone says “Well we close in 10 minutes but I can wait for you.” So I rush over to get the car and I drive home upset. I am upset for several reasons…first, if someone called out I cannot be frustrated with that person because I don’t know what they are going through however the staff that was working should’ve have called me and said they wouldn’t be able to work on my car. Second, google says they close at 7, apple maps says they closes at 7, their website says this location closes at 7, so not communicating to me as a customer that they close at 6 is horrible because had I called after 6 my car would’ve been left there overnight with the keys locked up inside the store. Third, even if they couldn’t get to it today and knew they could tomorrow, why not just CALL the customer to say “hey, do you need your car back to I don’t know maybe get to work tomorrow?!?!” and maybe offer another day for them to work on my car. Horrible customer service, awful experience, will never return because they don’t know how to treat their customers.

I originally lost faith in Firestone. I’ve taken my cars here multiple times. I purchased a tire in September 4th. 31 days later had a total blowout on another tire that I thought was the new ones. I had my kids in the car and I was on my way to church Sunday while on the highway. I had it towed to the nearest Firestone located on Normandy blvd, store number 004871. I told him I purchased the tire at a different location and my situation. They ordered the replacements that arrived the next day however would not be willing to work with me on price. One for the blown and another for another tire that the tow drive discovered was punctured when he arrived. I only had this tire 31 days! Being that I didn’t get roadside insurance they were not willing to help with the price at that location. I even made the point that, from a consumer point of view, a tire that only lasts 30 days before a total blowout out, doesn’t make me want to come back and purchase another one. This morning a lady calls me to notified me that their shop was installing the tires they orders but she stopped them which leads me to this; later this morning the tow truck driver informed me that when he picked up the truck at the initial Firestone, the rear driver tire was not on correctly. He said it appeared that the bolts were not tightened down, leaving the tire at an angle on the truck. It appeared that they just threw the tire back on there without tightening them down. Later this morning I had the truck towed to the original store, I purchased a tire from, located on university store number 4375 Robert help me immediately. He brought it to my attention that the tire that blew wasn’t the new one. Not only was he still willing to replace the tire at a discounted rate, but he assisted me in finding an affordable discounted replacement for the other tire as well with. He restored my trust in the Firestone company again. He took the effort into making this right. The manager at the initial store I brought it to, that I spoke about initially, did not help at all. Left me considering other tire companies. I had the truck towed to his store and in order to get any help I had to tow it again to another Firestone. Both locations represent Firestone. Robert at store 4375 gave me superior work and was willing to help me, the other did not.

They are very irresponsible people. They had my car since 2 p.m. and at 5:30 p.m. they called me saying they couldn't fix anything because they didn't have a tool that was missing. And not only me, other people had the same problem. I recommend that you never go to that place.

Firestone's 7am Female Service operation personnel. Car Advis service had my installation completely wrong. Her patients in correcting issues went completely beyond anything I would have expected. She put in over two hours for a prepaid tire and installation package. She put your company my car repair shop. It was well worth the drive from JIA area to Arlington. I'm thinking her name was Mrs. Heather. Thanks again and again Mr. Nathan.

I randomly stopped into this store to have a couple trailer tires changed. I was greeted immediately by one of the staff, he was very professional and had a great attitude. He had the tires changed out very fast and I was on my way. I will be back the next time I need tire work done. I highly recommend this place.

I had the misfortune to have my spare tire go flat. My towing service dropped me off at Firestone. They immediately tried to help me. In true Mercedes fashion the faulty tire valve was proprietary so had to have it delivered to Firestone. It took a while but the whole time the manager and staff were very caring and helpful. I have always had excellent service here and recommend them highly.

The supposed head tech didn't feel comfortable doing a simple toe adjustment on my truck for an alignment. I have the lifetime and have had many Firestone locations do that and more. Toe is the most simple thing of an alignment and if their head tech won't or can't do it that has to tell you something. This was all after it took them about 40 minutes past my appointment to get started on my truck.

I bought 2 cars from carvana and they use Silver Rock warranty. I had issues multiple times right when I first got the cars and this Firestone location not only had great customer service but Heather the manager and everyone that works there was amazing! They took care of everything that needed to be fixed and also called Silver Rock and dealt with the warranty. In a industry where trusting auto shops can be hard I definitely didn't have that problem at Firestone.
