This place. . . First of all, Greg was very detailed over the phone making sure I knew what to expect budget-wise. He made me an appointment, and told me there would be coffee for me and a toy box for my kiddo (pictured). (It’s also worth noting — for those of us who come in with a long list of work to have done — that the chairs are really comfortable.) Then we get here and Andy is a superhero. He helped me save everywhere I could, helped me figure out which issues were most pressing, and helped me make plans for issues that could be resolved later. He also consistently updated me as the car was being worked on. And this crew are just stellar. VERY thorough, without me feeling like my lack of car knowledge was being taken advantage of. I can’t see us ever going anywhere else to take care of our car. Not even another Firestone, considering the last one we visited gave us inaccurate information that would have cost us hundreds. Just feels safe to stick with this group!

On a recent Saturday (5/17/25), I was in serious need of new tires and an alignment. An alignment issue had caused my front tires to rapidly wear and the issue became urgent very quickly. I contacted a Firestone very near my home, but as expected, they were booked solid even into the coming week. I contacted this location and Mike and the crew found a way to fit me in. I dropped off my vehicle and was able to pick it up before the end of the day. They replaced my tires and performed the alignment and changed the oil and filter. They also took the time to inspect my brakes and Mike called me during the process to let me know they were in good shape, I may just have to live with a little squeak. But that put my mind at ease in regard to the recent rear brake work that had been performed elsewhere. I really had no business expecting to get my vehicle taken care of the same day, but Mike and the crew made it happen. They could have easily told me there was no room, they were just as busy as everyone else, but they found a way to help me instead. And I was not treated as an inconvenience or hassle, they took extra time to inspect my brakes, and a few other odds and ends that really helped me feel confident about the condition of my vehicle when I pulled away. Without question this is where I will have my vehicle maintained from now on.

Scott Wright the store manager went way above in helping us with the issue we were having with our truck. We were from out of town attending a wedding for our Granddaughter when we noticed the truck was overheating. We stopped at this Firestone before heading back to Texas.Scott and his team checked all fluids and discovered a shredded serpentine belt. Scott ordered a replacement and we had to wait for it's delivery. We were there for several hours but the wait was worth it. We inquired about a restaurant that we could walk to and have breakfast. Scott was kind enough to drive us to I hop as it was raining. Scott and his team did an outstanding job to ensure that we were safe for our ride back to Texas.Thank you all again! Had previously taken our vehicle to Oades Goodyear for an alignment. We dropped our car off and they called back to say I possibly had an oil leak (I knew for a fact I did not) and wanted to charge $70 for a flush. We declined. They then something was wrong and they needed an additional $500 to do the alignment and could not proceed without the repair. So we agreed. THEN they said something else was wrong and needed another $500 for the new repair. So we said no to it all and left. Came to Firestone, they did the alignment and found zero issues. Thank you for being honest in a time where most people have to choose between feeding their families or having a functional vehicle. It’s so easy to lie to customers. We usually have no way of knowing if mechanics are lying or not and don’t know what to believe so we put our trust in those working on our vehicles. We will forever come here for our car repair needs. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Great Place very busy make sure to put a reservation on online. Your also next to the farmers market if you want to drop your car off and explore downtown OP.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Firestone location on Aug 30, 2025. I scheduled a wheel alignment appointment for 1:00 PM and arrived early at 12:55 PM, handing over my keys by 12:58 PM. Despite being on time, my car sat outside for almost an hour — it wasn’t taken in until 1:50 PM. When I asked about the delay, I was told, “we only have two techs,” but this was never communicated beforehand. The alignment itself took just 20 minutes, but the unnecessary wait was frustrating. Worse, when I asked for a before-and-after alignment report, the staff member said they were "out of paper" and emailed me a blurry image that’s impossible to read. For a paid service, this is unacceptable. This experience felt like a waste of my time and money. I expected better from a company like Firestone. Hopefully, management sees this and improves both communication and service quality.

Recently I had a flat tire and had AAA put on my spare. Normally I would take my tire to the dealership for repair but I knew that would be an all day service during the week with work so I decided to take it to Firestone on Sunday afternoon. Wow! The tire specialist, Kayla, is just awesome; friendly and professional. I left my tire for repair and came back about an hour later. The technician quickly changed my tire and stowed the spare. Great job and I’ll be back for tire needs in the future. Thank you!

I had a bad experience with place I dropped my car two days and they were not able to work on it and I saw a lot of car they worked. I don't know is because I'm looking low profile person. I don't really advise you to go there they don't respect people. The first day I dropped my car there at 8am and we were agreed I will get it at 3pm. I went there nothing was done. The next day I dropped again around d 8am till 4:30pm nothing was done. The good thing I'm just working close to them, so I can drop my car and go to work and get it at the end of work. On both day they gave the same answer "you are next" I'm sorry you are next after 10hrs I'm still next.

When Enterprise at 106th and Metcalf left it to us to fix our rental car’s flat tire, Scott at Firestone truly saved the day. We arrived 20 minutes before closing on Friday evening. They had many other vehicles before us they were working on and Scott and his team stayed late to make sure our rental car’s tire was safely repaired so we could make our two hour trip home. Scott the manger at this location was extremely helpful and nice came to him after getting serviced at another Firestone location earlier in the day for a radiator replacement that failed from the previous location. Scott personally stepped up to fix this issue and immediately took my car into the bay and got to work with precision and determination to make things right! He found the issue and corrected it himself even providing me with an explanation for what caused the radiator to fail! I am very thankful and recommend anyone who is looking for a trustworthy hard working mechanic with years of experience Scott is your guy!

Went in for oil change as usual. After inspection, they said I needed a new battery. I agreed. I was waiting in the lobby. An hour passed and finally someone came out and said they broke a cable and needed to replace it but it wouldn’t take long. Come to find out, they didn’t have the part and had to have it delivered which too another 45 minutes. I would have been happy to wait had I been told what was going on. I was not, and it seemed like they were avoiding me. The whole process took 2 1/2 hours. No apology and no thank you after I paid!

Met the service manager Jeremy. Great guy, honest and down to earth. Gave me a fair price and his shop did an excellent job installing new tires (and balancing them) for me and aligning my vehicle. The day prior the truck had ended up in the ditch and the alignment was all out of wack and I desperately needed tires to survive the winter. I had an appointment in the morning and expected to pick the truck up in the afternoon. All of my expectations were either met or exceeded. This shop is good to go and I will be returning for any future work.
