Kenneth was so helpful when I came in for my oil change, he was super friendly and made sure I understood everything about the choices and work being done on my car, even without me having to specifically ask. As a woman, I felt completely respected coming to this location (which, as other women may know, is NOT ALWAYS THE CASE!!!) Very happy with my visit.

Bought a used car and took to firestone for a tune up. Had to have a lot of work as all used cars need but after leaving the car for 2 days & spending a chunk of $1700 on repairs for a 2004 somthing was still wrong with the car. Had a mechanic check it out and with in 5 minutes of him hooking up his computer to it and checking under the car he told me that both the catalytic converters were missing. So how in the heck does a corporate mechanic that runs a check on a car and does a "complete vehicle inspection" so they call it, miss something as big as the catalytic converters missing? Or the chocking smelling amount of gas when driving the car not indicate to a license mechanic that maybe they missed something and should check further into it. So for those of you who are thinking of going to firestone in OP for anything more then an oil change...just dont.

Now I see why they have a 3.8 rating on Google. I walk in I ask for help. I tell them that I have my tire pressure monitoring system is on and I’m not sure what tire it is. He tells me to pull up to Bay one and someone will be able to check my tire pressure for me and let me know what’s going on. I wait for 10 minutes. No one comes out. There’s no one inside customers and there’s only two cars out of the five days so I say that to say they’re not too busy but even after waiting 10 minutes standing outside my car - one shop guy is sweeping and talking to the other shop guy that’s smoking - apparently a possible tire sale is not more Important than smoking or sweeping…. So, I hope in my car and just drive off and go to a gas station because I didn’t get help here. Crazy! Get new people!

This Firestone has now helped me 3 times with squirrel damage to the wiring in my vehicle. Every-time I’ve gone they’ve been professional, quick, and extremely helpful in fixing the issue. I plan to use this Firestone for any future vehicle repairs/maintenance due to how helpful they’ve been. Hopefully that doesn’t entail having to come back due to anymore squirrel damage! They’ve also recommended solutions to try and prevent any further damage. I will definitely recommend to friends and family using this location moving forward. Thank you again for all your help!

I dropped my vehicle off for an inspection, wheel alignment, tire rotation and brake pad replacement on 09/12. When I got it, it still felt wrong driving it. The next day, my partner almost got into an accident because of their mistake. It took out my e-brake. They let us drive without the e-brake after they fixed it again. And it happened again. And we are still currently waiting for the e-brake. Their timing for getting parts and being unable to get parts is unseemingly suspicious. This type of service makes me want to end my life if I have to continue depending on "professionals" for everything that I can not do. Not even the higher managers wants to deal with customers complaints. I just want to feel safe driving my car after receiving it back from the shop. How hard is it to be thorough with your job? 😭

I was sold 4 new tires for my CR-V on Friday and was told I could have them put on my vehicle the next day. I had my car in by 8am but had to call 3 times to see if it was done. After 7 hours I was told it would be ready. When we arrived it was still up on the hoist. They then did a very quick analysis of the alignment and, of course, said it needed to be aligned. They did the alignment in a matter of minutes, making us wonder if that had been necessary. As I drove away, the tire low pressure lights came on. Two days later I tried to have the tire pressures checked but was told everyone was at lunch. I went by WalMart and they were happy to serve me immediately. This facility has terrible service-avoid it!
