Well I took my ford focus RS to get the alignment checked and when I picked it up it was parked with the front bumper smashed into the curb and my steering wheel and shift knob grease dirt and grime all over literally turned my hands black driving it home. The picture I uploaded shows the microfiber rag turned black from having to clean everything off. This is not acceptable and should never be an issue quality of service and care needs to be taken to a higher standard. If this is how you treat and leave a customers vehicle after a service. You have lost my business and I shouldn’t have paid for a lifetime alignment. Unacceptable

Took my vehicle to this Firestone for four new tires and a lifetime alignment. They took $100 off for buying four tires and $20 off the lifetime alignment. Later, they contacted me and wanted an additional $90 to inspect and investigate the suspension. The original work order stated that a lifetime alignment includes an inspection of steering and suspension system. I spoke with both the manager and the technician who vehemently stated that the car could not be aligned without additional work. I paid for my tires and took my car directly to a Brake Masters where it was aligned immediately with very little adjustment. Upon closer examination the numbers for the left-hand side of the car were in close agreement. The additional charge was simply a way to recoup the discount on the tires. The measurements on the right side were wrong, like the tools were misused.
I wouldn’t take my car here again.

Was at this location over 6 months ago. Made a appt. Dropped truck all day oil service transmission service and radiator also I wanted them to look at my air conditioner.Reveived a call that afternoon around 3 saying thay had to keep truck til Monday for a different person to do air condioner. Called on Monday afternoon and they had not done 1 thing not 1 in three days I am very busy and barely have days off and they did nothing so I told them do the oil and I will be down. The owners should look at their. Reviews u have a problem this place sucks with communication should be a negative 10 for the way I was treated

My experience started off great. I dropped off my vehicle. I was told someone called off. They still completed my vehicle in a timely manner. I received an email recommending things that needed to be done. The email stated that I would hear from you all soon. I did not receive a text, call, nor an email stated that my vehicle was ready. My experience ended horribly. The guy that was working the desk didn’t even attempt to hand me my keys in my hand. He actually laid them on the desk and then slid them to me. I asked him did I need to sign anything. He stated that he would sign for me. Wow, really. Is that how we do customers. Where was the customer service experience? I get into my car and the air was blasting on 65C that’s not where I had it. I understand the technician turned the air on but why not turn the air off like the technician found it.
