I brought my Dodge Ram in for some maintenance. The lady at the desk was absolutely amazing! She was professional and personable. She made my wait pleasant. Not only did she take the time to explain everything to me, she even made light conversation. We only go to the Washington Blvd location for this reason. They really make the effort to make their customers feel happy and satisfied about their service.

Came here to service my Mercedes S550. A gentlemen named Thomas was able to assist me. From when I called in to set an appointment and to check their inventory if they had the size of tires I needed, and even personally helped me when I showed up to drop my car off. Booked an appointment for a $25 vehicle inspection because our car was having some engine trouble and making a weird shudder every several seconds when idle. We had just had our neighborhood mechanic make a fix and clear the code, but it wasn't running quite right so we wanted another opinion. Came in and was informed immediately that inspecting our concern would actually be $220. That was fine and we agreed to pay it. They kept the car for two days and said they were unable to recreate the problem that occurs within 5 minutes or less of driving. They speculated the issue was "DUE TO A TORN TORQUE STRUT MOUNT BUSHING". We paid an additional $303.49 to repair this. Less than a week later, our Service Engine Soon light flashed again and the car was undriveable, as if no repairs or changes were made. I'm frustrated that I spent over $500 + tax for nothing and disappointed that Firestone wasn't able to diagnose any other issues. They also quoted us over $700 worth of other work that I'm definitely glad I declined now. I suppose my lesson here is to not trust a tire shop for mechanical concerns.

I had a fantastic experience here! I specifically want to shout out Shef, who was incredibly patient with me over the phone. I didn’t have my tire size ready and had to run outside to check it, and he stayed on the line without making me feel rushed at all—that kind of patience is rare and much appreciated. When I arrived, Michelle at the front desk was an absolute breath of fresh air. She was so warm and kind, and she went out of her way to see if the team could get my car back to me a bit more quickly than expected. It’s one thing to get your car fixed, but it’s another to feel truly looked after. Professional, efficient, and genuinely friendly service. Highly recommend!

This is a the best auto care shop in the area from my experience. I have tried a few other auto shops but this has become my goto. I have always been pleased with the experience. The whole staff, from the office team to the mechanics have been a pleasure to work with, and I have not had any issues with the repairs or maintenance.But, If I did, I know I would be able I get them sorted out quickly and with out too much hassle. I will continue to take my work and personal vehicles to this location. Highly recommended.

I had fine interactions with them before (which is the only reason this is a 2-star rather than a 1-star review) but my most recent experience made it so I will probably not return unless they are the only available option. Took my mother's car in because her headlights burnt out far quicker than they should've. I brought it to them to see if there was and underlying reason that could be detected, I specifically said "I don't want to just change out the bulbs and have them burn out immediately again." The kind receptionist may or may not have conveyed this information to the mechanic. Over two hours later I get a call from the mechanic that among other things he "discovered" that the headlight bulbs were burnt out. I was already annoyed because the thing he "discovered" was exactly the reason my mother's car was in their shop to begin with. His quote to REPLACE THE BULBS (no, not the entire housing and I misheard him, literally just swap the bulbs) was $279. The bulbs cost $50 dollars at O'Reilly and quite literally are the easiest bulbs I have ever had to switch. It would've been $229 for literally about 3 minutes of labor, no tools required. I believe he also quoted $129 dollars for the tail light ($9 dollar part and 5 minutes of labor) and $79 for the license plate light. I may be slightly off about those prices, but the price to replace the headlight bulbs stuck with me. Of course they have to turn a profit, I understand that. But charging THAT much is outrageous in my opinion. Not to mention the fact that my $10 dollar inspection didn't include a wiring inspection which is of course the primary reason I gave for bringing it in. Wasted my time and money, not pleased.

From the moment I came in Michele helped me and was just so nice and her customer service skills really exceeded my expectations. She assured me that they would take care of me and this was on a Sunday and they were very busy. I had come in because I was having problems with my wheel on my car. About two hours later, I received a call stating that my car was ready and it would only cost $10. I will definitely be going back since I do need my rear brakes done and was even given a coupon for when I come back, it has been a very long time since I have had such great customer service at a company, and I never write reviews. I highly recommend this shop and can’t say enough good things about Michele and the team there.

I recommend checking their online coupons ahead of time and bringing the one that applies to your service. After the oil change and inspection, they provided clear recommendations on what my car needs and what’s still in good shape. I didn’t have time to complete the additional work that day, and I really appreciated that there was no pressure to schedule another appointment. The service was great, everything was completed in a timely manner, and I left feeling well-informed. Thank you, Michelle! I’ll definitely be back and would recommend this location.
