There’s been very positive change at this store in the last year. Today (Jan 2025) is the second time I’ve been here in a month because I have a lifetime alignment warranty on my cars - had appointments both times and wait in the store until it is done - both times completed in less than an hour! Whoever the store manager is has made a big improvement in customer service.

Do not go here!!!!! Took my car in for an alternator change. They broke multiple coolant hoses and told me they couldn’t address my issue and I had to take it to Johns Auto Body. Car broke down on the way there(did not have this issue) tow told me I was leaking all my coolant. Auto body said even if you look at that hose wrong it can break and you need someone experienced. Basically they have a bunch of kids working here who will mess up your car and not tell you. Save your money and go to a local reliable shop.
