Came in to replace my tires a few months ago, the man I spoke to was helpful but definitely was misleading me as to how long the wait time actually was. He also kept trying to sell me additional services pretty consistently. When my car was done, they told me I needed a new battery (it was only 1-2 years old) and new brakes. I first requested a report of the battery test which was a faded receipt paper that was barely legible, so I politely declined. Looking back they were definitely trying to upsell various services after I had already waited a couple hours without reasonable explanation. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I wouldn’t trust the services recommend without reasonable proof.★★★☆☆ a month ago

I had scheduled an appointment for vehicle service, yet upon my arrival, my car remained untouched for over an hour, despite workers being visibly unoccupied. While I can understand potential delays, what transpired next was completely unacceptable. When I politely asked to speak with a manager regarding the delay, the employee assisting me responded with an aggressive and hostile attitude. This behavior escalated to the point where I felt physically intimidated, even though I had spoken calmly and respectfully. Such conduct is intolerable, especially when I am merely seeking the service I am paying for. After finally speaking with the on-duty manager, I decided to proceed with an oil change, not because I felt reassured but because I needed the receipt, ticket number, and the name of the employee involved. This individual clearly lacks the skills to handle customer interactions appropriately and instead chose to confront me aggressively. I expect better from a company of Firestone’s reputation. This experience has left me questioning whether I can trust your services in the future. I request that you investigate this matter thoroughly, address the behavior of the employee in question, and take steps to ensure that no other customer is subjected to such treatment.★☆☆☆☆ 2 months ago

So, I took my brand-new car with its shiny new tires to this place after a nail decided to hitch a ride in one of them. The tire wasn’t losing air, but I figured I should get it fixed. The lady came out to take a look and without missing a beat, she told me the nail was in some kind of ‘no-fix zone’ and I’d need a whole new tire for $150. Now, I’m no tire expert, but I’ve had a nail in my tire before, and this didn’t seem like a ‘tire-doomsday’ situation. I started wondering if this was either a sales pitch or if she genuinely believed nails have a ‘sweet spot’ for destruction. Not convinced, I drove down the street to a family-run tire shop. The guy there took one look, said it was an easy $25 fix, and had it done before I could even settle into their waiting room chair. Long story short, if you’re looking for a tire shop that will keep you entertained with wild stories about ‘unfixable’ nails, this might be your place.
