I recently had the pleasure of visiting Firestone, a trusted mechanic shop, to have my motorcycles inspected. Despite not being a specialized motorcycle shop, I found their service to be outstanding. After being disappointed by a previous shop that stopped servicing my bikes, Firestone promptly took me in and efficiently completed the job. The knowledgeable and friendly staff provided exceptional attention to detail. While not exclusively focused on motorcycles, Firestone proved their expertise in handling my motorcycles with care and skill. I look forward to returning for future maintenance and highly recommend their services for any vehicle needs.

We have had both our cars serviced / repaired exclusively here since they opened and could not be happier with sales and service. The work is done perfectly the first time and they are exceedingly fair & honest with their prices. I had new struts put on my Ford Explorer and the price came back $90.00 less than the estimate which is a great example of Bob and Sammy commitment not only to great work but their honesty . This is the only place I will ever have my vehicles serviced/repaired.

I've been here for a variety of services and have always found Bob and Sami to be most helpful. Rates are fair and are posted behind the counter. They run some great deals on oil changes. They'll take good care of your car here.

Sami and his brother Bob are knowledgeable and their pricing is always fair. I have conducted business with them several times over the years and they have never disappointed me. I believe they are honest in their assessments and recommendations for service. They do not recommend unnecessary repairs and they use quality parts. Mike, the head mechanic is awesome to work with as well. I highly recommend this shop for your auto repair needs.

Went here to get a O2 sensor changed on my dad’s jeep and “BOB” was rude and not helpful at all. Another guy came to help me and bob tried to take over. I respectfully let him know I’d rather get help from someone else and that’s when he told me “I COULD NOT BE SERVICED THERE” all because I wanted help from someone else. I recommend the Firestone on Galloway. The other Firestone informed me that he’s self contract and does what he wants and treats people any kind of way.

Dear FIRESTONE OWNERS Please FIRE the man in charge of this location Had a battery issue and was lucky(so I thought) to break down at this location at 5pm , the boss inform me they were busy and to drop it off and pick up another day, but I told him I was not from there and it was a simple battery issue and I can wait but they never helped me I ended up walking to Oriely grabbed a battery AND battery charger, walked back charged my battery and FIXED IT MYSELF P.s the boss saw me take a picture of the store and right before they closed and while I was charging my battery he THEN came out to see if I needed a battery before they close...please firestone do the right thing

Took my mother's Ford Escape for a oil change just now. The older guy was very rude. The special is $39.99 but he quoted $20 extra and got pissed off because I asked why the extra fees. He then said he was too busy to talk to me any further. I could go elsewhere!! I left and couldn't believe his ridiculous attitude. If he's the face of the company, I will pass and go to take 5 in Mesquite. Bad customer service and not worth my money. Pass on this one!!!

I recently brought my vehicle to here for suspension work. Unfortunately, just two weeks later, the suspension fell apart while I was driving, . I am grateful that no one was hurt. When I contacted the shop, I requested a tow for my vehicle, but instead, mechanics were sent to attempt a roadside repair. They then drove the vehicle back to the shop, where it was supposedly fixed. However, throughout this process, I encountered unprofessional behavior from management, including dismissive treatment and a refusal to acknowledge the inconvenience and risk caused by the initial faulty repair. Due to this issue, I was unable to attend work that day, resulting in financial loss. I requested appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and mistake, but instead, the conversation escalated into an argument, and I was told the shop was not at fault—despite the fact that the repair was redone. I am extremely disappointed with both the service and the customer care I received.

Don’t come here at all. Please I beg you. This place messed up my 1987 Chevy truck. I got it back after an oil change and the clutch was burned out. They had someone who didn’t know what they were doing drive a stick. The truck while drove was being rev’d up, I heard it while waiting in lobby. I went up there and told the manager & owner everything that happened. They called me a liar and manager had a smirk on his face from lying. He heard my truck get rev’d up but when confronted about that situation he said he heard nothing at all. The manager even complimented my truck but then acted like that when confronted. All I asked is for them to fix the problem that they caused and they would just get an attitude with me and give me dirty looks. I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS BUT HAD TO WRITE THIS ONE!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!! DO NOT SUPPORT A BUSINESS LIKE THIS!!

Been to this location 4 times to get an alignment and they always have some excuse. Will not ever be returning to this location or any for that matter because if you want an alignment you have to leave mesquite to get it. These stores are usless

I took my 2012 Nissan Sentra in for a 40 000 mile CVT transmission service end of Dec 2025. I drove my car to Town East about a 9 mile one way trip and on my drive home I kept hearing a lot of rattling which was not there before.Checking under my car once I got home I saw the splash guard hanging down in the area where the transmission service had been done. I took the car back to get them to fasten the guard back as it should be.At first one of the owners popped up with well it depends on who worked on the car last my reply you all did now fix it. After some time my car was brought to the front and supposedly fixed. Long story short it was not. Yesterday I bought a box of 20 Nissan fasteners at Auto Zone and had another shop look at the problem. They used 10 of the fasteners to secure the splash guard as it should have been done to start with by this Firestone shop. This business in my opinion is not trustworthy and I will never use them again or recommend them.

Did an absolutely terrible job on my mom‘s car after a transmission flush. They left the pins out that hold up the dust cover and then tried to blame it on whoever worked on it before. They are the ones who did it! She had to take it to someone else to repair. I would never take my car there. Sloppy service and terrible customer relations. We have lived in Mesquite since 1974 and are not complainers. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE where MANAGEMENT CARES about CITIZENS!!!!
