I went to this location and an employee was flipping a water bottle on the counter so loudly the associate assisting me wasn’t able to hear me nor was I able to hear him. The morning following my visit with the store my tire was flat again. This time even worse than it was before. I’m having to go get the tire fixed at another store and praying that it will be salvageable. I will never visit this store again.

First time there walk in on Sunday afternoon and 8 guys sitting around and I ask could they do an inspection and the dude says sorry inspectors are off on Sunday. Should state somewhere we don't do inspections on Sunday because the inspectors are off. Literally 8 guys looking at me. Crazy

They broke my car… My car reached 100,000 miles when I got break #1 from them… my first oil change from Firestone (normally I’d do it myself but I moved here for medschool and I don’t have the time now) and they screwed on the oil filter to tight and I have an oil leak now in my filter housing. “It was there when we did the oil change” is what was said when I called about it. Funny you didn’t mention it in your service notes Car started overheating from a “failed water pump” or so they told me maybe it was true maybe it wasn’t. Anyway it was 1,200 bucks for that “fix” 30 days later car is still over heating and my dashboard’s passenger airbag is on. Along with the battery light. I open up the hood and I see a fraide wire on my alternator and a BROKEN BOLt HANGING ON MY ALTERNATOR. I feel dumb that I didn’t catch it myself but I’d sure hope a mechanic would have… I called them to get it fixed and they refused to admit they did any harm to the car and “it must be a different problem like the transmission” so stay tuned for this next episode…

Terrible experience. Waited way too long. No body was working at the desk Upon picking up my truck, I had wheels aligned and rotation, I noticed Firestone didn't check my tire pressure. The tire pressure light was on. I had to go elsewhere to have my tires aired. Would not recommend Firestone 😕 For the money I spent, I received a terrible customer service

I give one start because they couldn’t fix my car I took my car twice to them still they couldn’t fixe they told me take your car to dealership /thats funny thing is that this place had ASE certified mechanic they couldn’t figured out to fix my car /then I fix my car by my own self then I took back to them just for alignment they got scare to said man you brought you car again I said to them yes just do alignment you guys should be fine

This Firestone always seem to be short staffed, or under qualified workers. In order for me to get my ABS brakes looked at, I needed to go to the Firestone location on MacArthur. Last time I came to this location, I had to wait a half an hour for then to take a nail out of my tire. I got tired of waiting and ended up going to a mom & pop tire shop whi had me on the road 20 minutes later with no waiting.

Dont go here. Took my truck here in December 2025. Had them replace a headlight bulb. The light went out this week. So i took it to a different shop. This shop put in an after market bulb that wasnt rated for my truck at all and coat me the original 180 from here and the 350 at the new place because i had them run a full diagnostic because i figure i clearly had an underlying electrical issue. Nope turns out the mechanics at firestone are just incompetent and didnt want to lose the business by say they didnt have the right bulb in stock.

I came to the Firestone Belt Line location to get my car fixed for a couple of issues and it turned into several issues throughout the process and Dustin was so incredibly cooperative and helpful. He went above and beyond to help me out. He is an awesome person and I would recommend anyone to him. Thank you so much Dustin!! You’re the man! This location really met my expectations and the employees were very nice and patient. I will definitely be coming back here for anything car related in the future and will tell all my friends and family about it. If you’re looking for a good auto shop with very helpful people, this is the place. 10 out of 10.

Terrible service I’ve been taking my vehicles to Firestone for over 15 years now and this location has the worst service. I took my vehicle to get an oil change tire rotation wipers change. I don’t even know if they actually change the oil because they did not reset the program it still said 2% the tire pressure was low on my tires even though I requested for a tire rotation and normally at the location in Grand Prairie they check the tire pressure they put wiper fluid in it slow. Here they did not even put Wiper fluid, terrible service I will not be taking my be able to that location again.
